Clean bathrooms But it¿s hard to say nice things about a hotel that scammed us.

We booked a a four person suite for three adults, clearly specifying the number of adults, but the hotel tried to charge us 74% per night for the third adult. Since it was a non cancellable reservation, we were caught with no option but to ¿cough up¿

10 mins walking from the train station

AC was broken we were told that they fixed it in the past and it broke again. The room was oven hot and we were told they are fully booked s9 take it or leave. Open window and use the fan. This is not a real hotel. They rented few rooms from residence bl

The location and price were both very convenient. Rooms were large and comfy. Came with toiletries which was appreciated. It was a last min booking, so very happy with what I got

Garbage wasnt taken out from previous stay

The staff at the check-in were friendly.

The pictures and description did not match the room. There is no private bathroom/shower, and the beds are not in great condition. Very expensive for what they offered

They never changed the towels in three days. Not enough hot water for two showers. Reception is only open at 3pm to around 5pm. No service..

Location was great, 10 min walk to the train station and 17 min walk to the city centre, dock station.Very friendly staff with useful information.Room was small but comfortable for couple of days stay.

Room a bit smaller than expected but still clean.The only thing to mention are ants in the apartment.

Poor management with no flexibility or hospitality. Lack of understanding and communication skills. Avoid at all cost. Just there to take your money.

I had a horrible stay. No hot water , no internet, I was extra charged EUR 50 when on booking the accommodation was EUR 171 , one adult with 2 kids. When I went back to reception to explain all the above issues, initially the receptionist was outside on her phone, black long curly hair, and she got really annoyed with me because I kept telling her that my kids need to shower. She kept telling me that I have hot water , then she changed her mind saying that if one of us showered already I will not have hot water for the others . At this point was very late ( around 10pm and nowhere else to go). We took showers with cold water because was a hot day . When I told her that I saw on booking the room for one adult and 2 kids for EUR 171 she said that maybe before but now she blocked the access so I have to pay her extra EUR 50. So she s also a smack. I told her I don’t have internet and she said that she doesn’t believe me and to wait because will come. I explained her that I need to work on US time and she didn’t care.

Very clean and comfortable

We asked for a different rooms, they give us different rooms, give us smaller room without enough beds

+ it's nice, clean, comfortable, close to railway station.- it's by the big road - WiFi was weak

I had very nice experience with this hotel. I was on business trip and because of issues, I was not able to reach my booked hotel. So I decided to stay in Como. I was booking 30 minutes before closing time. Personal was very nice and waited for me even when already closed. I appreciate very much. Also the room was fine.

We had a really nice and big room. The hotel is well located (around 10min walking from the city center)

We stayed in the ‘loft’ and it was absolutely beautiful. Even better than in the photos!!! Lots of space, great location from the lake, right across from a Lidl!

The hot water stopped working after 5 mins

Very warm welcome from the staff - since my Italian is non-existing I was happy thatcher receptionist was fluent in English

Staff and spacious apartment.

Some of the heaters were not working properly (one didnt work, and one was very loud with strange sounds), but temperature was okay.

The staff were helpful and friendly. There is a Lidi across the road so good for getting groceries. Otherwise it's quite a walk to the nearest shop.

There was no TV in the room. There was no aircon. The room was either really hot or cold after leaving the window open. I didn't get the best sleep due to the heat.The finishing in the was not the best. It was passable. The location is next to the main road. Ideal if your driving and a bit of a walking it to the shops.

That was great time. Perfect localization. Near railaway station, shops and old town. Everywhere you can go by foot. Apartament so clean and nice. Very helpful and nice receptions and atmophere. ??

In general, we came for just one night, so we needed to get some rest before the long journey. The room itself was clean, and the staff was very friendly. We got a bit cold during the night, but luckily there were blankets in the wardrobe ?

It was cold, it would have been good if there was at least some tea to warm up.

Nice studio apartment room, modern, clean. Friendly staff.

Very clean, excellent lobby service. The room was large with 2 big comfy beds.Highly recommended
