Central location, great staff and safe!

Location of the hotel.

Staff very rude at Reception and breakfast venue. Breakfast menu very poor.Room comfort was more of a 2 stars.

Perfect location, very spacious, very safe, very very friendly staff, all in all amazing hotel walking distance from almost everywhere ud like to visit as a tourist in como,

Maybe the bathrooms cleanliness wasnt the best but it was fine, some weird stairs inside the hotel to take u to rooms not very convenient if old people or handicapped and cant use stairs (there are elevators in the hotel but some rooms in each floor need stairs to access even though u use the elevator)

Very nice location, right in the middle of Como. Walking distance to all restaurants, lake ........

excellent service, the hotel is old, the common areas of the hotel are old, the rooms are decent and clean, the beds are confortable, I was happy overall.The staff was very helpful, I left my coat in the room and they helped me sending it back quickly to the netherlands obviously at my expense

Centrally located near the lake with welcoming staff and a great breakfast. The hotel is old but is well maintained with clean and updated bathrooms.

I had a lovely stay here after a terrible airbnb experience that caused me to check out early and need a last minute booking. I would describe the hotel as a comfortable, no frills hotel with great service/team and fantastic location right in the center of town.

The single room is tiny and a bit depressing BUT it’s cheap!

The location and the cleaning

AC was in the room but when I asked for the remote they said they don’t open it in May!! I choose this hotel because it was mentioned that it has AC

Location was great. Staff were friendly.

It was basic and needs updating rooms. They insisted on keeping passports for 5 to 10 min. You also have to hand in your room key every time you leave hotel.

The property is located in an excellent spot with easy access to the waterfront, shops and restaurants.

It was dated in style and the breakfast was mediocre.

Location is perfect, but reaching by a car is nightmare because of very narrow street. Ask the way to hotel in advance..
