The location and the room size was an excellent value. I would stay here again.

The WiFi was in and out. That was my only complaint. If it worked I would give this easy a 10/10

Location was very good.and quiet considering in the middle of town.

Internet was very spuratic. One evening we went without internet for 3-4 hours. Might not have a big issue but we had 3 days of rain so more time was spent in the suite and work was almost impossible. The suite is very dark. For the price they could offer some complimentary water.

The guys at check in and checkout were extremely friendly and spoke good English.The apt is on the Main Street and that was a surprise for me. I was walking everywhere without depending on cabs and so.

no window can be properly open. AC was broken, replacement window AC was too loud. The room is dusty,spider webs on the ceilings. It was a roof room

Great location in the middle of Via Nassa a few steps from the lake. Near shops, restaurants.and the train and buses. Very clean.

You may get some noise from the street which may be an issue with light sleepers. The beds are on the tough side.

Location. Top notch facilities and customer service, friendly staff.

It was close to the parking and next to the river. Accessibility to the train and bus was easy and multiple food options.

The security could have been made better by blocking elevator access by a code as this was in middle of shopping district.

The central location in Lugano was very convenient. It was very calm (no noise at all) and clean.

The room has no luxury. It has just what you need. A large beg (queen size), a small bed (made a sofa), a small table, a desk. It is called a suite because there is a small kitchen in the entrance. The bathroom is tiny.There is no staff in the facility. Finding where to check in is a treasure hunt game. The hotel is sending many lengthy messages in German. Sometimes, there is an English version that we find if we scroll enough. This is where the instructions for check in are hidden. I did not see any Italian.Contrarily to what booking.com says, there is no breakfast.The bottom line is that it is not a hotel. Call it a studio to rent for the day.

There are two types of Hotel Owners, those that want you to be comfortable and come back and those that just want to squeeze as much money from you as possible while spending as little as possible. Sadly this place is the later. The room is dark, the facilities are minimal - not even a bottle of mineral water is provided ! The toilet and the bidet are so small the bidet is impossible to sit on. The suites are just 35m from the main hotel but there is no supporting staff not even a telephone if you need assistance. Breakfast is what you would expect in a three star economical italian hotel in the 1990s. They don't even put a plastic bag in the garbage can. Quite poor value for the services provided. However, great location and comfortable beds.

The location was great - just a short walk from the train station. Easy to walk to the lake and around the main square. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The beds were not comfortable and the kitchenette was a little worse for wear.

The staff at the front desk were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help us and research travel options.

Breakfast could have been a little better but it was adequate.

Location was wonderful. Close to the funicular, One street off the lake. In the heart of the downtown. Great amenities and complete kitchenette.

This was the base for a longer stay including a planned trip to Milan. The Suite is situated a little way from the main hotel reception so that arrangements for getting keys, and so on, are a little unusual. (Breakfast is served in the main hotel building also: straightforward, absolutely standard continental breakfast: noting to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. Perfectly satisfactory.) There had been an issue with the hotel taking card-payment before we arrived (a computer glitch) while we were en-route by rail through the Alps, but receptionist Ivy was able to deal with the matter most efficiently. Thank you! (It is important to be able to access data and internet while travelling: but that is one's own responsibility!) All the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The room, itself, was perfectly comfortable: it even had a little kitchenette! as well as the usual offer. With access vial a lift, the apartment was spick and span and perfectly secure. The old town is on the doorstep and a few yards from the lake and the heavenly church of Santa Maria degli Angeli. (Not to be missed on any account.) As the main railway station is - literally - 10 minutes walk, plus short funicular ride this made the ideal base for all sorts of excursions. We has Swiss Travel Passes for the entire duration of the holiday (it is worth the money), so were in and out of boats and trains all the time, Including a trip to Bellinzona. Milan is a short train-ride from Lugano too.

I was worried beforehand about registration and picking up keys, but it worked beautifully in the end. The room might be a little dark for some, but given the heat and brightness of the day, I found it quite OK.

Bad quality of coffee (it was not Nespresso capsule), and super dark room. There is not so much light from outside.
