The apartment looks old and humid, no room surface at all. The location not that good.

It's ok, given the spacious room size and quietness. Good mountain view from the room The Lake is not far- 10-15 minutes by bus

It's difficult to get to the reception location No close stores or restaurants, however Uber eat is working to deliver the food.Breakfast is very poor

Great view, friendly staff, and walkable to the center and station.

Some parts of the sauna area need some minor TLC like the hammam and woman’s area. Otherwise, no complaints.

Location was good. Short walk to the waterfront and old town.Beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

Apartments are outdated and lacking any decor. If you want equipment for the kitchen you must pay extra. Not even a coffee maker.

Excellent view of Lugano, great outdoor pool that we didn't not use due to a summer storm so we used the indoor pool which is lovely.

Sad, empty, ugly balcony planter boxes.

Staff is exceptional from the front desk to the wait staff to the pool attendants. Pool deck, restaurants and grounds very pretty.

Surprised there would have been a charge (20 CHF daily) for cooking/eating utensils in the room and also wish the door allowing entry from Casa Verdi to the pool was open - I felt like we spent much of our stay walking back and forth in the long hallways.

Doesn’t cost that money. Too outdated. I believe the hotel charges for the view:-) (my daughter was stuck in the bathroom because a door was locked since the lock was broken and the key didn’t work properly).

There was nothing good about the hotel. Everything needed an update. There were ants crawling on the porch area. There were stains, old furniture, the whole place felt dirty.

Everything from check to checkout was perfectly maneuvered, and I appreciated the extra efforts by the staff. Been able to stay in the hotel enjoy the view and eat there was a plus.

The hotel is really good! They offer transfer from the station to the hotel for free, also the customer service is wonderful.Gym and wellness area are well maintained and super clean.The hotel offered a free room upgrade to us, it was a nice gesture. Breakfast offers a variety of options including lactose and gluten free.

I liked the Spa (sauna, pool, open late). Beautiful view off the balcony. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice complimentary bathrobe, flip flops, umbrella. Nice kitchen with oven, dishwasher.

Not enough ventilation or fans to circulate air in the rooms. No microwave.
