Fridge was warm on the highest setting and had no freezer. There were no signs where the parking was or where to check in or where the breakfast location was. The parking lot was a bit further than anticipated…

Location was a 12 minute bus ride from the Centro and train station. Take bus 4 to Stadio stop which is across the road from the lovely hotel. The a/C in our room was not working and we were moved to a larger room with a couch. The lovely modern hotel had been converted from old farm buildings and a mill and much of the original stone and timbers in the breakfast room had been retained. Bar and restaurant in building with inside and lovely outdoor eating areas. Staff arranged a local Ticino card which provided free public transport for our stay.

It was self access, so no front desk and only one staff member in bar area to assist. No tourist information or map etc

This place is fantastic! It's exceptionally clean and welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind—our room was ready early, which was perfect since we arrived feeling unwell. They really went above and beyond, even without us asking. This was our second trip to Lugano, but our first time staying here, and it was by far the best B&B with a smooth checkout.

This accommodation was absolutely gorgeous. The room was very clean, nicely furnished, and modern. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The building itself is an old farm inn from the 1600s that has been converted to a hotel. There is a nice restaurant downstairs, which was very convenient when we arrived late in the evening. Breakfast was excellent - lots of food options - and was laid out in an amazing room with huge wooden beams, an old wine press and bottles of wine stacked on the wall. Truly one of the most interesting places that I have stayed.

Our specific room was wheelchair-accessible which is great. However, as a result of this design, there was an issue with the shower not draining properly & water flowing all over the floor. We did end up speaking with the very nice owner who said that they will be getting workmen in shortly to rectify this issue. We also had a slight issue understanding how the door locks work - this was mostly user incompetence (ha ha), but one idea would be to include an explanation within the check-in information of how to unlock the doors and then lock them again.

Lovely cosy place like a quiet Oasis in the middle of a busy town. Clean rooms, lovely wine bar and food options including breakfast and basically all you need for a pleasant stay in Lugano including a convenient bus stop taking you anywhere just footsteps away.

Poeple squatting in back yard all the time on my way to the car didnt feel safe / pleasant. I feel sorry for them but at the same didnt feel safe for myself either.

Dog Friendly, Clean, modern, new rooms, considering it was close to a busy main road you could not hear the traffic noise.

only one coffee pod per day! restaurant wasn't very friendly and the breakfast was low key.

Very family oriented place, nice location and great friendly staff - don't expect a main hotel brand but it was clean comfortable and made our stay easy and pleasant
