Great location. They have happy hour from 6pm to 8pm where you can order drinks and have some free food.

Elevator is not always working at ground floor (when the shop is closed)

Could not get any better location in town. Very close to the lake and central part of town. Very clean and quaint hotel with a good restaurant inside. Nice hotel.

A little hard to figure out how to separate their hotel from their restaurant. Room was tiny not much room for our larger luggage.

The desk person upgraded our rooms to very luxurious rooms, out of pure kindness. The hotel was immaculate , quiet, air conditioned. Location is perfect, close to large center parking garage, center to old town

Not clear about the fact that the parking is not included. They have a discount with a partner parking for which you have to pay a value that is not to ignore. The personnel at the end, moment of check out, very unpleasant and passive aggressive. In the hospitality universe this is not acceptable. For this reason I would return nor recommend as I find the stay expensive, and having to deal with unpleasant people doesn’t pay off.

Our room was beautifully updated. The building is very unique and lovely. The restaurant and deli are fantastic! Very close to walk to everything in town. Very safe area.

Location was wonderful to reach by public transport. Room had fantastic appointments. Staff at reception were so very accommodating.

The ambiance is very Italian and the hotel with its restaurants are very beautiful. The staff is professional and nice. The hotel is smack in the center of Lugano. The rooms could be made more charming to match the restaurants, although they work well.

Beautiful place in the middle of the old town. Very friendly staff, great bathroom and delicious breakfast. Excellent restaurant. The stay came with entry coupons for an exclusive club and discount vouchers for their shop.

Wonderful.

Strong perfume in the room (no doubt: with good intention) can trigger migraine (happened to me) and is not necessarily the taste of everybody, especially when all the textile in the room gets impregnated with it...

Excellent location in the centre of the city with plenty of restaurants nearby (also for breakfast). Friendly and flexible personel (English speaking too). Comfortable and spacious room (especially the shower!).

Room dark and directly over the cafe in the buiding (ear plugs were provided!).

Perfect location and very nice restaurant in the Hotel.Clean and comfortable beds.

The room was very expensive for what it was. No physical light, all windows were facing the interior of the palazzo and it was very noisy during the whole day, as at the ground floor is the Hotel restaurant which is open all day also to non hotel customers.Also there was no desk in the room and no smart tv. Overall is a nice hotel but be aware of which room you book. Opt for rooms with physical light not looking at the interior.
