The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided us with bus passes for the area. The room was clean. The hotel was a few minutes walk away from the train station and there's a bus stop a few yards (meters) from the door. There was free laundry service.

This is really a minor point, but the left washing machine continued to cycle over and over. It washed our clothes for several hours.

Walkable, flexible check in, comfortable but tight.

Stove top didn’t work for tea pot. No utensils at all provided. Why provide kitchen with no utensils. YouNeed to “rent” upon arrival. What a joke

Close to grocery store, waterfront and bus stops.Very quiet for sleeping.

Coffee and tea with cups not replenished daily.garbage not emptied daily.Info re which bus to take from train station and which stop to get off on would have been helpful.

The walls are super thin and it's hard to get a good night's sleep. The linens were dirty.

They provide a free ticket for public transport in Lugano during the stay, so good!

They have a full fleshed kitchen but no cutlery or dishes.

Room itself was okay, the worst part is the bathroom and especially SHOWER was horrendeous! The shower is tiny, shower curtain is sticking to your body when showering, so nasty! Shower hook was broken

Staff friendly and helpful. Easy access to bus for onward travel. Easy check in and check out. Decent facilities in room e.g. little kitchenette, balcony and ensuite.

Location great, half hour walking to the center, staff is friendly. Payed parking behind the hotel. Comfortable bed. I found it great for a few nights. Rooms is spacious

Small shower, which i was expecting because I read other comments. Air conditioning was noisy, but I also expected this so was ok.

The location is great, the staff is really kid. I was able to bring my dog and everyone was super kind and nice. The hotel is also very clean and the room is well equipped with fridge, microwave... really handy.

My only complain is about the shower and the plastic curtains in the bathroom. It makes the bathroom really we while taking shower

This stay absolutely exceeded our expectations! The location is fantastic, and we were lucky to book a room with a balcony and a beautiful view—such a bonus. The room had a small kitchen, which was incredibly helpful and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.The reception staff were kind and very helpful throughout our visit. We were pleasantly surprised to receive free bus passes for the duration of our stay—a thoughtful and convenient touch.One more great surprise: the property has a laundry room! That was especially appreciated since we were traveling for an extended time. All in all, a wonderful experience—would definitely return!

Price, location, facilities were all on point. Staff at the front desk was great. Self-service laundry included with room charge, perfect for those who are on longer trips.

If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs; especially if your room faces the road. But this is a small thing.

Good location and the bus was very handy. It was a bonus to have free public transport as well

It is no use having a kitchen without any utensils. Not even a cup to make a cup of tea!

the location was fine, everything was easy to get to by bus. There wasn’t much to do around the hotel besides restaurants but that’s okay because it was more of a relaxing trip for myself. The lake was beautiful. Ate at the snack bar across the street once during the day and it was very good. The staff were really nice and answered quickly to messeges. The bed was also comfy.

The only thing I didn’t like is I don’t understand why kitchen utensils, plates, cups, etc come with the room. I knew ahead of time that you had to pay to have those which is fine. I bought bread, cheese, and ham to make a sandwitch and there wasn’t even a plate.

The location was great , close to train station and also to the funicular to Mount San Salvatore and also to Parco Ciani.As per the rooms we had one very small and the other one without a wardrobe.The staff was helpful and that's greatIf they upgrade a bit this will be fantastic to guests

Quirky interior in reception area.Bar /coffee shop (OK Snack Bar) opposite beside BP station. More than a snack bar. Very friendly staff.Easy transit on bus one stop from train station. Ticket for public transport can be obtained through hotel before arrival. Store in Google wallet etc.We walked from station.Large bathroom.Large storage area. Good for lots of luggage.

No TVNeed to rent kitchen equipment if needed.No utensils.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the location is excellent, but the kitchen is almost empty

We chose this accommodation because it had a kitchen so we could self-cater. Only AFTER we made the booking did we receive advice that we had to pay an extra 15CHF (that’s $30AUD) for dishes, and pans utensils etc. This could have been advised in the listing in Booking.com.
