The location is great !! the staff is friendly and the breakfast is ok

It could pay more attention to the cleaning part in the bathroom.

Location is great

there are just some small issues but with big impact. Like the pillows seems so trivial but after two nights your neck start to hurt and night is just not restful.

it was close to everything I needed , the restaurants and the shops. The staff were so accommodating .

i could not ask for a better place to stay especially that I was alone. The room felt very safe.

Clean large rooms, we had two adjoining rooms for our family. Large roomy bathrooms, great choices at breakfast buffet, and super close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was super helpful too and spoke perfect English.

The Location is just perfect, in the center with restaurants, pharmacy’s, shopping malls - everything is around the corner, so you can go perfectly by walking everywhere. The location is unfortunately the only positive point here.

The personal at reception and while breakfast was like lost and not trained well. The room were cleaned up but still dirty, hair on our bed, just more like a quick cleaning but not 100% done. In general the rooms were kind of older and used. For us personally the price and quality don’t match at all. We would only come back because of the location but book without breakfast.

Modern and clean

It was very hot even with the heat off. I had to open the window during the night.

Had a very nice experience. The hotel has a good structure and the staff stands out! Shout out to Vanessa from the reception, who has super kind and helpful giving us valuable recommendations.

Location was amazing. Staff was amazing for the most part!

The shower drain didn’t drain properly, the water would back up and you’d be standing in ankle deep water within minutes, we called down for help and no one came. We were told breakfast was included and upon checkout had to pay 10€ per person for the breakfast which was NOT worth it.

Excellent location, very comfortable bed, staff was amazing helping us in everything we needed.

Room size is a little small and A/C does not allow to set temperature

There were no advantages.

The room is old and has been crying for repairs for a long time. The air conditioner makes noise like a drilling rig, it is barely possible to sleep if it is on. The door to the bathroom (combined with a toilet) does not close and has huge gaps, so that from the side of the bed you can see everything that is happening inside.The mattress is terrible, it is simply impossible to sleep on your side, you instantly fall out of bed because it sags so much.The soundproofing is zero, I spent half the night listening to others having fun.We booked a room with two beds, but it was of no use, as they were pressed against each other and could not be moved apart (in fact, we got one large bed made up of two), which could cause inconvenience for those who want to sleep separately.

Great location and good value for the money. Decent breakfast.

Street noises came to the room and sound proofing between the rooms was not the best. .

really nice hotel, comfortable and in a good location. well-stocked and very good breakfast. Above all, very friendly and helpful staff. During my stay in Andorra I had problems on my own and the staff were very willing to help me. really excellent.

Very good location and all the staff were friendly. We had connecting rooms so plenty of space. We would go back again for sure!

Nice room, all we needed, size medium but enough, breakfast pretty basic but touching all the elements needed.

Loved having a king sized bed. Enjoyed being able to open up the large window for fresh air. Good location. While there is no parking at this location it is very close by, which was great.

Lacking coffee maker. The room only had a kettle and tea available. While it wasn't a huge deal, it just would have been nice to enjoy a coffee in the room before we started our day.

Nice hotel in a good location, the price was okay for last minute and the staff were friendly.

It’s a strange thing to dislike but the room was far too hot and you have no option to turn the temperature down.
