Breakfast was good enough (though not a great fruit/salad selection).

The breakfast place was too crowded and rowdy. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and made it clear to the guests.

Overall was a very good stay, the room every clean, good facilities and breakfast. Nice location to explore La Vella commerce and restaurants.

Excellent location! Very friendly and welcoming staff! Both the room and the washroom was very spacious, warm and bright. Enjoyed the stay with good comfort and relaxed vibe!

Large room, central location in town great bargain on full breakfast.

The size of the room it is very good, the acomodation is nice, the location is very convinient! Breakfast is also good but they can do a bit of change day to day because having the same 3 days in a row its a bit borring.

The room looks very new, like they make good maintance, but the cleanning is something that can be make better. Because we travel for work, I shared the room with my college and we move the position of beds and sofa, and under where dirty. No a single day it rains but the window you cannot see true because where really dirty. Another thing is the parking cost, they should have a better rate negotiated with like a discount, because its about the same rate you pay if you go to another, then what is the point to pay in advance for this parking?

The hotel location is the best, nice attractions at a walkable distance, right in the middle of all kinds of shopping. The underground parking was very convenient, paid EUR 22.90/day. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful.

A better coffee machine would be appreciated

Hotel was tastefully designed, nice and modern. Room was spacious for our family 4. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. Love the convenience of being able to walk directly into the downtown area to explore. We also had a rental car and from previous posts learned that there is an underground garage under the hotel. 22eur per evening so not cheap, but very worthwhile for the convenience of being able to drive about to other parts of Andorra while staying at the hotel.

The property is very nice - clean and well located.

The food at the restaurant within the hotel is terrible. We decided to have dinner there - without a doubt it was the worst meal we’ve had on this 4 week holiday.

Spacious room and bathroom. Very nice staff at front desk and breakfast room. The breakfast buffet was amazing at 14 euros each.

Very unhappy with the thermostat. The room was quite stuffy. The saving grace was the windows opened, allowing nice mountain air to fly in.

Location and size/cleanliness of rooms.

Staff and service were awful. We were turned away at both dinner and breakfast because we didn’t have a reservation (we were not informed about the requirement for reservations at check in). Also, both times the restaurant was fairly empty. We asked for a recommendation for dinner and they sent us to a restaurant that was closed. When we pushed the matter further during breakfast hours, they rudely stated there wasn’t much food left. Both encounters came with attitude and an unwillingness to help a young family. Would not come back.

Room very good, big enough, clean and with everything we needed. Location the best, close to eveything. Breakfast very good and with a lot of variety.

Lack of outlets - only one outlet anywhere near the bed and several walls without outlets, which seems to be common in Europe. It was December, so A/C was shut off for season and even on coldest fan setting, the ventilation still blew out warm/hot air, so we had to open window (no screen) to cool down the room every day.

Location excellent to reach all my meetings in the centre. Good car parking facilities and reasonably priced

I did not find the check in / check out staff welcoming. The gymnasium is poor.

Location

The room was close to the bar and it was interior. When people were out smoking or having drinks, they talked very loudly and I could hear everything in the room. The air conditioning was useless because I couldn’t control it. I only wanted it act like a fan but it was not possible. It seemed like the air conditioning was centrally controlled and I couldn’t control it at all. So finally, the room was without air conditioning and it was very hot inside. Therefore, I had to open the window. Then, like what I said previously, it was loud and noisy because of the bar outside. It was a paradox! If I open the window and let the air flow, outside was very noisy. If I closed the window, the room was super hot and I couldn’t breathe because the air didn’t flow inside. Amazing location! Right on the main shopping street, close to kids playground and with a spacious parking. The lift will take you to the reception.Family room: Man it was huge! Gym: open 24/7, small but with great air conditioning. Loved it.Staff: so fast, so efficient. BRAVO!!! I felt like tipping them all. Bed: I have a 2.000 euro german mattress at home, so I am a bit hard to please but the mattress and pillows were just right! You will recharge your batteries, no doubt. Parking: clean, safe, well lit, 2.25 height my roomy V Class felt at home.

Smell: in the bathroom there was no mould but the smell was unpleasant. You should think about a better ventilation. Dinner: at 8 is too late.

In the heart of Andorra and near to main restaurants and shops
