Andorra Palace

Location. Room, bathroom was spacious and clean. Waiting area was spacious too. Breakfast and dinner was good with lots of choices.

Great Location, and Parking was Available. The interconnection between the two hotels is great, Easy to get to your car and more options for eating and drink.

The free access to the pool and spa was a fantastic perk, and the location made it easy to get around. The staff were great—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious, including the toilet and the shower had very nice pressure. Everything was very clean. I also appreciated having a desk and reliable air conditioning, which made the room very comfortable.

- Room key cards kept failing. Even after informing staff, they couldn’t get two cards to work properly.- Breakfast was very disappointing for €16. Watery coffee, cold eggs, canned food, tasteless pancakes, and artificial juices—plenty of variety but far from the quality you’d expect for the price.- Phone kept ringing at night for no reason. We were woken up multiple times the first night. Staff said they’d fix it but never did, so we had to disconnect it ourselves.- Spa sauna was out of order the whole stay, which was frustrating given that spa access was a highlight.- WiFi was poor, I’m glad I had no need to work from the hotel.

Andorra Palace was a great hotel with very clean, spacious rooms. Location was perfect, right on the main street only a 2 minute walk from the main square. The free spa with pool, hot tubs and sauna was a great bonus!

Everything was great, maybe the view from my window could be better but really nothing to complain about!

Great central location, clean, comfortable, good shower pressure & air con, quiet. Friendly helpful staff, nice buffet breakfast.Convenient underground parking with shared hotel ( albeit a bit tight with a large car)

Perfect all the way around! Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was included and was varied and fresh. There were also 2 restaurants on site. There is a pool and spa in the neighboring property that those who stayed at the Palace were allowed to access as part of the price of the room. The location was perfect to get to the main sights within the city. Also city buses are plentiful and very inexpensive, and about a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the terminal for international service.

Definitely not a good place to spend many hours inside the room as it was pretty small.

The hotel was right in the centre. Reception staff were very friendly and informative. Bed was very comfy and the room was warm.

Drink machines a bit iffy at times. Otherwise no complaints at all.

The room was nice, totally clean!! The hotel has a nice pool and leisure places, and they breakfast is delicious!!

That the tv wasn’t smart, and the parking in the hotel was pricey

It was our second stay and again everything was great. The room was comfortable with all the amenities that we needed. Really nice breakfast. We have used the spa this time and it was small but nice. The staff was really helpful. We will be coming back.

Some areas may need a bit of maintenance but everything worked so did not bother us.

th location is absolutely perfect

the room is clean but extremely poor no coffee machine no water no tissues no slippers and the parking is very expensive for the Hotel clients we park near the hotel with half of the price !! The reception employees didn't understand English !! They don't serve hot drinks in the restaurant or even the room service!! and when I asked for a water boiler, they also don't have one !!! also, WiFi service is extremely bad

Location and the facilities from the Mercure hotel (breakfast buffet and spa).

Wifi was very slow.

Swimming pool, Sauna and Gmy you can use at the top of the floor and it is share with other hotel, the room is quite large and clean. The receiption is very nice and always smile ?.

The wifi speed is quite slow but it still can use.

Front desk people were all very helpfull and friendly and I spoke to four! Teriffic location 10 minute walk from National Bus Station. I chose this hotel because it is one of a few that has a roof top terrace with a view. See my pic. The pool, hot tubs, steam and dry sauna are up top also.

Nothting to dislike about it.
