It was beautifully furnished and they were really helpful and kind.

The wellness is only available for guests 1h/ day and they did not really paid attention to the allergies.

Location is optimal

Poor customer service by reception, and lack of communication

A very nice and clean hotel in the city center. There is a lovely but small spa in the hotel, which should ideally be booked in advance, as it might be too late by the time you check in.

I reserve 4 rooms one room. The air conditioning was not working well.in 2 rooms

Nice accommodations although a bit expensive for the size room.

I was charged a daily fee for a 4 lbs dog i had with me.

Perfect rooms, staff and location.

Service for breakfast. The restaurant for breakfast isn’t good at all: small choice of breakfast dishes, absence of clean dishes/bowls. We had to wait for coffee, milk, nutella and etc.

Architecture/design, quality of decoration and fit out and the staff were great.

Elegant hotel with a staff that is very attentive to guests. We loved our room and its terrace. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. I'm a remote worker and the desk provided a great working area for me to get some work done, take a few calls and sit in a few meetings. A short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants and a short drive to the ski areas. My wife is celiac and was very happy Instants restaurant had gluten free bread and she was able to enjoy her favorite, eggs benedict, and they other gluten free options. Service from the valet / bell, front desk, Instants and room was all outstanding.

It's no big deal, actually saved us some calories, but we thought it was strange the mini bar items we consumed didn't get restocked.

Everything except the view

We chose a penthouse with a view. However the room was blocked by ongoing construction. This completely defeated the purpose of the room.

Amazing hotel! Super clean, comfortable, and cozy. The spa has everything you need to relax. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful—special thanks to Felipe, who was amazing! Highly recommend, 10/10!

This is one of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. The infraestructure is optimal, with everything you need. But what stand the most is the personal and their service. Very kind people and professional, all of them. My congratulations to the managment, you can tell they focuse a lot in that. They put fruits in the room and later in the night send us champagne. The breakfast was delicious. We had so amazing time they make us want to come back to Andorra just to stay in the hotel again.

We have had a fantastic week in this hotel, and the location is great, a short walk to the centre of Andorra la Vella. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. We had a big double bed and a sofa bed for our 2 year old. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a special mention for Julio who was very friendly and made us feel at home. The car parking service is highly recommended as parking in Andorra is hard and expensive, and for 30€ a day is definitely worth it for a stress free holiday. We had dinner one night in the restaurant instants and the food was delicious.On Saturday evening there was a man playing the grand piano which was beautiful just to sit and relax with a glass of complimentary cava. We would use this hotel again..

Staff was superb! Room was a bit small but adequate.

AC in the room did not work well. Had to open window. Street noise. Italian resto was disappointing. Manager adjusted our bill.

Incredible staff, lovely, modern hotel, within a short walking distance from everything you want to see in Andorra. The entire staff went out of the way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We’ve lived in Europe for two years and this was arguably the best hotel we’ve visited. Strongly recommend.

This hotel was a 'treat' booking for me on my 3-week trip through southern France, and it did not disappoint - very modern, very well equipped (hotel and room), felt very luxurious. Quite pricey but worth it. Lovely, helpful staff, as good a location as one might expect in Andorra la Vella - good supermarket nearby and good-enough restaurants.

Its renovated and well located

I asked for some food late at night, the menu shows they have a short 24h offering - like any 5*, but in their case the employee that picked up the phone to take my order seemed to be pissed about the request and only offered one sandwich type as a “favour” when the hotel menu shows more options. This was quite unprofessional and surprising. Also at my arrival there wasn’t any staff in the entrance door to help me carry my bags to the reception.
