Location and facilities

On December 1st the restaurant was closed and there was no place to have dinner.

This is a beautiful, modern hotel in the heart of Andorra la Vella. Check-in was easy and covered parking was connected. The bedroom and bathroom were very tasteful, clean and comfortable for our three travellers and the breakfast was excellent! We enjoyed exploring the area on foot and walking to a restaurant in the evening.

The hotel room was big and clean. The view was incredible and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

The staff was kind and spoke in catalan.

For the cost, I expected all facilities to function. The phone in our room didn’t work - which meant to go downstairs to the reception for any request. This took sometimes 20+ minutes as the lifts were packed. Nobody came up to fix the phone after we made the reception aware of it.At 589euros per night excluding tax, I find this unacceptable.Also, other than water, there were no other amenities in the room (no fruit or snacks provided). Again at that price - some should have been available.

It is cute , well located , good price for the high season , easy to walk to bus station , restaurants and shopping

Iffy payment policy . It was supposed to be pay at the property . One month before they tried to pre-charge and were going to cancel the reservation . We had to call and arrange for them to charge the card . They weren’t the most polite

The location is perfect near shopping centers, breakfast is excellent including variety of food , the room is very clean, the staff are very friendly.

Easy check in, very nice breakfast included. Location is very close to the center of the town, maybe only 5 minute walk, and buses to Encamp run along the same street. Restaurants and supermarket also nearby. Spacious room with good amenities.

Some confusion about whether breakfast was included or not, but that was cleared up, and there were no other issues.

The rooms were so spacious. The hotel was extra clean to the details. The breakfast was great with fried egg option. They were so accommodating to our dog.

Perfect central location, multilingual staff, and a comfortable, generously-sized room. The included breakfast buffet with chorizo, Spanish torta, pan con tomate, and champagne in addition to typical European hotel breakfast staples was phenomenal.

The view from my room was a plain city block, nothing special, but I didn't spend so much time in the room that it really mattered.

Location was right in the area where they hold a market and it made it fun to look out the window and see the mountains and creek running by the hotel.

We couldn't find the parking when we arrived and parked far away.

We were given a room that still had guests No tv remote Couldn’t adjust thermostat so turned it off and opened window to cool off. Brought in mosquitoes and noise from the plaza til wee hours! Bad night!Only 3 coffee pods including 2 decaf…had to go to breakfast room to get more milk… 3 of each is not enough!! Bad morning!!

Loved the decor in the room. Parking was easy and had the best Parking Attendant.

The employees at the front desk were amazing: nice and helpful. Very friendly. The room was very nice as well, and the hotel has a good location.

Excellent service especially Jonathan who was at the reception desk. He upgraded is and showed us places to visit in Andorra del Valle. If we go back to Andorra, this is definitely the hotel we’ll be staying at. Parking is only a few meters away below the casino a buildings away. If you’re buying something expensive the tax is only 4.5% compared to Spain’s 21%. Saved myself big bucks buying a camera from there compared to US pricing.

I wouldn't classify it as a 4 star hotel. This was evident to me in the room: no iron/ironing board, hair dryer is old and low powered. Have to hold the button down etc. Bed was just okay. I could feel all the springs. Window was basically a half a window. The rest of the outerwall was just a wall. It wasn't a great value. This would have been totally acceptable if it was a 3 star hotel and/or the price was lower.

Excellent location, convenient parking, very clean and spacious rooms.

It would be great to have a Nespresso coffee machine.

The reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is close to everything.
