Great location…parking close by…restaurants in property and a lot of others very close by.

the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and accommodating. she is truly a gem. the hotel was very well located. breakfast was really good.

Location, service

Our room was older and did not have sufficient light anywhere but especially in the bathroom. It was clean, but very small for 2 people.

The staff was excellent. Frank and all the Argentinos were competent, warm and friendly.

I booked a room with a balcony, which was okay. Cleanliness is fine, bathroom is fine, beds are acceptable. Breakfast buffet was also what you expect. I read some reviews from people that expect a 5-star experience from a 3-star hotel. My experience is that you get exactly what you paid for.Wifi is excellent and very fast. Was able to stream a movie without any problem. A big plus for me, as Dutch carriers don’t include 4G/5G service in Andorra without additional costs.

Booking stated the hotel offers parking. Technically it does, but not for free but through a deal with a parking garage next to the hotel for 24€(!) per 24 hours. Keep that in mind. As I only stayed for one night, it wasn’t a huge problem, but if I had booked more than a one night It would have become very expensive, very fast. There are a lots of hotels in Andorra and some offer better deals when it comes to parking. Which makes slightly more expensive hotels worth it in the long run.Upon arrival and departure there was no one at reception for at least 15 minutes. There is also no way to let the hotel know you are at reception. No bell, or anything which is pretty annoying. It is also a bit weird they let you choose an accesscode for your hotelroom within earshot of other arriving guests.

Location was good, but any location in Andorra de Valle is good, such a small town.

When booking the room it said it had an internal courtyard view. I checked in all good, go to the room. It is small room with a window in the ceiling don't know why but even the sky was not visible. I go down, now have to wait till the receptionist Fernanda finishes with other guests checkin ( and city information ).My turn, explain that I booked with courtyard view. She says no you didn't. I show her my screenshot ( always take screenshots ) I show it and she says: How do I know this is not from another hotel?? That was rude especially that it said the Aston hotel. Now she goes on her screen and yes it says courtyard view.She hasn't one ??? She gave me a key for a room that had a window looking outside at a wall with pipes. Not what I paid for but I wanted to do the city. I left it for that.My reservation also said that it was one of the bigger rooms in all of Andorra de Valle. kkkkWhy sale under false, it will come and hunt you.

Location

The room 303, there some noise(the room aside of 303 is private) that we culoud'nt sleep well... That sound that i think every 30 mins or 1 hour always sound that make awake. Very bad.

The location was perfect for exploring the town. Excellent breakfast, the croissants are the best!

Beds were just ok, had some aches and pains in the morning. Room was hot, but likely because we were on an upper floor, it was hard to sleep though.

The breakfast was wonderful! Very close to the main strip where there is an abundance of shopping. Small bar with good assortment of beverages and snacks.

Could not control room temperature...would have liked to make it cooler on such a hot day.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They scammed me out of money and will not return my emails, phone calls, etc. I have tried getting in contact with this hotel for over one month and I have not received any feedback as to when I can receive my refund.I originally booked and they cancelled and when I got in contact they said to book again and I will receive my refund within one week. I REPAID the whole amount and have not heard back from anyone from this hotel. An absolute disgrace. Do not book here - it is a SCAM

Great location and amazing reception staff!

As many others said, arriving withal car and getting to the parking garage isn’t straight forward. But that’s what actually needs to be accepted by having a hotel right in the city Centre and pedestrian zone

Only location, receptionist and breakfast were good.

Awfully dirty, yellow stands on bed linens and towels - ugly as hell. Not to mention that there is no wardrobe or hanger to leave your belongings.Also, on our floor there were some works and reconstructions on our floor and on top of everything it was noisy.We don't recommend this place.

The hotel is in a great location and the hotel room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I had an issue with my original room and the staff upgraded me to a bigger room.

It’s well located within 2 minutes walk from market, restaurants etc.

they are really small bedrooms, in some of them the ceiling is low so you it’s a bit uncomfortable for a couple ( we asked and paid for a change) if your purpose is shower and sleeping, spending the day out, it’s a good place !
