The stafff, the breakfast, the room, the toilet was not clean at all, I have pictures but i will not share it with you, the toilet smells bad, tooo expensive, not worth the money, the parking is expensive, We were moved to another room, but they asked us to come down to the lobby at midnight instead of coming to our room to change it for us. Very strange attitude. The next day, the cleaner suddenly opened the door while we were still inside! Bad stay! No more words!

The location, the staff, and the hotel in general were great. I did not try the breakfast. This establishment is a good value.

Breakfast was amazing, The chef who cooked eggs was very welcoming and friendly, hats off. Overall was a good stay.

its in the center and u can get a nice city view

emm first i paid more and i got a small room without balkony, second i paid for double bad and i got two single one that was moving all the time and last one bathroom door was bad and made noise all night

Convenient location. The price is right for what you pay. Not fancy, location is great.

We had to go out for dinner as the second night the restaurant had a very limited food

Huge room, king sized bed, large bathtub, easy walk from the bus station, large balcony, perfect place to watch the light show.

The wifi was only 5 mb.

Parking garage

The room with a window was looking at the wall of the adjacent building 3 meters away.

Loved everything about the hotel. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at 9pm, the river hosts a water and light show. Our room was a perfect front row seat for the show!!

Hard to find our way to the right level of the city for us to find it. Then parking was a major issue somewhere else!

Great hotel. It aged well, like good wine. This means the interior is a little dated, but it's clean, has got comfortable beds, and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. There is free fruit infused water at the reception. Our room was big and had a bathtub, which our little guy appreciated very much.

In my opinion 24e for parking per day is too much, but then again you have to consider that it is Andorra. Parking is hard to come by any cheaper. So I would rather consider this as a neutral than a negative point.

Location is the best. The parking also.

Hotel should offer breakfast option with rezervations. They offer only half board.

Central location and the hotel is decent. Very nice room. Staff are nice except the night woman who is lack common sense, and racist.

The night receptionist called the police cos she said she doesn't know *who I am and what do I want* (is this a joke??)She then proceeded to kick me (a solo female traveller who have FULLY PAID for my room) out into the 4AM dark cold morning.My bus from Spain arrived early, and I was there, sitting quietly using the internet (there's no roaming in Andorra). I was waiting for any cafeteria outside to open, and I didn't even ask to check in early!I believe it was discrimination (I'm not European and she's an immigrant herself). I can't believe such no-empathy mannerless person is put on the front desk of a good hotel. Please discipline her.

Service, cleanliness, location.

Parking garage was full. Parked a two minute walk away.

The breakfast was amazing, more like a brunch buffet than a "petit dejeneur".

The ventilation in the bathroom could be improved. The humidity and warmth stays in there for a long time unless you open the door.

Excellent staff across all departments. Very clean room with a good view.

We booked 3 separate beds for 3 adults and dragged furniture apart ourselves on arrival to achieve that. None of our party liked Andorra La Vella as a city, which is no fault of the hotel of course. Next time we’ll stay in Odina.

Central in the town quick walk to everywhere you would need to go during a visit, bed was very comfertable and balcony had great views of town

Excellent location right in the centre of the city.Convenient to public transport and shops.

Beautiful view (you could watch a water and light show right from the window in the evening); excellent breakfast (a large selection of food and everything is very tasty). It's only 12 minutes to the bus station and it's also a very convenient location for exploring the city.
