Older building, small room.

The location is beautiful

The small entrance of the room. We can’t take our baby pram and we can’t put it inside the room because of the bed. It’s block the entrance.

Car parking on the site. Close to the main shopping area.

The hotel is not renovated, rooms are still a bit old.

Breakfast was great. The staff serving during breakfast were the best. They deserva 5-star! The rest were kind of unfriendly.

Unfriendly staff during dinner at the restaurant.

Comfortable and cosy rooms, clean and organised. Very good breakfast and dinner. Very convenient

Great location for access to shopping. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Rock hard bed mattresses and run down rooms and decor.

Good location, has undeground parking for smaller cars and an outside parking for bigger vehichles.

Lovely breakfast ? polite staff.Access to sauna and jacuzz - very nice touch.Room very clean and quiet.

Not much space in the room and car parking very tight ?. No coffee in the room. (Decaffeinated only.. )Too much for car parking..

The location is very good, quite central next to the park with a great playground, restaurants, pharmacies and shopping. The rooms were cleaned every day and well.

The staff are not pleasant to deal with - there was an older gentleman at reception during check in that kept interrupting me in Spanish when I was talking to the other receptionist in English. When I was checking out, I was kept at reception for over 15 minutes because the receptionist accused me of not paying for my breakfast - which I always did for the duration of the stay, by card at the restaurant. The hotel is very dated (90s?) the carpets in the rooms are dirty, the spa and kids playroom is in the hotel opposite and the restaurant staff are quite rude too. I wouldn't come back to this hotel. The most amusing thing was the receptionist telling me that there will be complimentary tea and coffee in the room, "as a gift from the hotel", but "it won't be replenished". Some gift, when this is the standard even in much cheaper hotels, considering that I paid EUR750 for 4 nights.

The location is excellent. A nice swimming pool is freely available ( it is in the hotel next door). Carpark available under the hotel and there's security staff for it. The room was quiet at night.

WiFi is bad. The bed is too hard. The carpet in the room is way too stained. Car park is expensive (I think )at €26 per day

Very Poor internet connection, not so good pillowsCould be a 2-bed bedroom for 4 people like our party. The fold-up couch is just not good for 4 nights

It is near to city center, clean and comfortable

The sofa bed was too cheap and not comfortable and when we opened it it stuck and didn't close again ? but the experiance in general is okay

The spa was cool, hours limited. Breakfast was good.

The room was of adequate size to accommodate three. Breakfast was good. Every location in Andorra is good, the city is small (surprise :)) :). Novotel location is convenient - everything is within a 5 min walk. We enjoyed spa for free in the neighboring (next door) hotel. Novotel has an agreement for its clients with the spa. Reception staff was helpful and friendly

I have nothing to add, but please note that drinks, including water, are not free at the evening buffet

Location is excellent: between the historic center and the modern area.

Parking is available but extremely tight. Entering the allocated space is virtually impossible with a large car.
