Location and price
No complimentary tea or coffee in rooms , the door was difficult to open after many trials
The room was acceptable
The air conditioning system remote control was not working, there is no tea or water in the room to drink, the room had funny smell from the AC.
Everything was very good: Location, room size, WiFi, parking, staff
Location and price
They don’t provide basic amenities like drinking and bathing soap. So how can someone like it.
So far the hotel not my style, I usually stay at 4 stars hotel and above. The staff were very nice and friendly.
The rooms are not sound proof. The elevator so small, it carries only two persons. They don't provide Towels.
cleanliness and good decoration
the receptionist is not that welcoming .They didn’t provide any tea bags or Nescafé or even welcoming water bottles, you can buy from the reception coffee shop . Door couldn’t be locked from inside , even no safety chain.AC is average condition
Location is great
Service was of little value and noise of people in the hotel was awful.
the hotel facility and service diffentlly are not the same as what they are promoting here in booking.
the room is not same as the pictures nor the description. the check in time should be 2:30, I arrived 3:30 and it was occupied when I arrived. thus, I was “forced” to take different room than what I booked, and it was not clean.when the room I booked got vacant, I have been told that I can now move to it, but when I checked it was so dirty and with very old paint.
Good
There was no milk creamer given to guests in the room. The complimentary tea was only for the first day, which was very strange.
The accessibility
The door of bathroom and slippery tiles
Perfect and supportive members
Location and cleanliness
The entrance was cleaned
Location is at the heart of the city and hence good
Could be better for better cleanliness
Staff was very helpful and kind
bed sheets are very uncomfortable.
