The staff is great. The location is good. The breakfast is good. The bed is very comfortable.

The bath room is small, which is typical in Europe.

Excellent location, professional and helpful staff, attentive staff, clean, close to train and center of town. Easily walkable.

If I have to criticise at all it would be that the shower was quite small but realise it is an old building so not easy to accommodate

Good location for a one night stay between the Alps and returning to Italy. Short walk from the train station. Breakfast was good.

Quality doesn't match the price you pay. Very basic internal rooms. Looks fancy from the outside but the inside doesn't match the facade.

The breakfast was amazing and the personal was very kind and helpful. The room smelled very nice and was clean.

Unfortunately, the room was cold although the heater was fully on.

1. The hotel location is fantastic - 3 mins walk from the Brienz Station.2. Views from the windows are outstanding.3. Grocery and other stores are just about 2 mins walk.4. Very neat and clean.5. Allows early checkin.6. Breakfast is really good.

The location of the hotel is near to the train station, we reached Zermatt, Gspon and Chur while we left our car in the hotel parking with no fee. Our room was a huge apartment we could see the town every direction. I liked especially, that there is a window in the bathroom. Everything was clean and well prepared. The hosts are really friendly. The restaurant is exceptional, we stayed every night there on the terrace.

The hotel locates near the railway station. The breakfast was very good and also the food on the restaurant in the evening. There were many alternatives in the minibar.

Location very close to the old town but also quiet, coffee machine in the room, good breakfast buffet, tasty coffee, friendly staff, bike storage inside, small but functional room.

No wellness - I thought it's a standard in 4* hotels. No air conditioning - it would help a lot during very hot days and nights.

Elevator a bit slow

Pleasant traditional hotel with very good, attractive restaurant. Welcoming and helpful front desk. Conveniently located at 200 m. from Brig train station on a quiet street. Good value for money.

Single rooms are well appointed but small.

The coffee was hot.

Only one main cup for coffee so if you wanted tea as well that was difficult. Bit crowded in the room itself. Small range of hot food.

The hotel, though not spacious, pays great attention to detail, and the service staff were exceedingly warm and hospitable. The breakfast was generous and varied. Our room was sizable and impeccably clean, in fact, it was the cleanest we've encountered during our trip. Although the hotel is relatively close to the station, it proved to be slightly farther than convenient for us traveling with young children.
