Very nice

It was hot in the entire building.

On main plaza. Restaurant downstairs. Clean bathroom. Ok bed

There was supposed to be air conditioning and there was not. We had to leave windows open and there was a lot of noise and light from activities outside.

room size is reasonable and about 150m walk to Train station and also there is a stop to embark onto Glacier Express train if you do not intend to take from Zermatt but luaggage space maybe limited if you intend to board from Brig

breakfast limited, nothing much to eat

Comfortable room in a very nice location. Easy, short walk through town to/from the train station.

Some outside noise from the adjacent bar(s) at night.

Comfortable stay a short walk from the Brig station - ideal if you are catching an early morning train from Brig. Courteous staff.

Hotel Stockalperhof was wonderful. The bedding and duvets are the most comfortable we’ve experienced in all the Switzerland.. the location is right in the center of town and really convenient only a 6 minute walk from the train station. The best part: the fantastic fitness center! The hotel partnered with the neighboring Stadtfitness Brig gym, one of the best gyms we’ve found in all of Europe, let alone Switzerland. We left well-rested and glowing after a great work out.

Good location, very helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean except no air conditioning . Restaurant next door, La Tereza has good food.

The hotel location is superb. Close to all amenities such as cafes, restaurants and shops and train station.The restaurant offers great menu and the food is amazing. The staff are very friendly, approachable and supportive.

Excellent room size, location and facilities. The only negative thing is that they don’t have walk-in shower and instead the shower is in bath tub. The height of the bath is very high as compared to the standard size making it difficult to enter and exit the bath tub without getting hurt yourself. For elderly people it is extremely difficult to get in the tub. Rest all is good.

Waken up at 3am in the night due too some people singing songs on the court in ghe middle of the night before the hotel. Nothing the hotel could do about but would recommend to take a room at the back for that

Alicia working at reception was so nice and kind. Very good location. The only draw back is the behavior of staff at breakfast and dinner.

Perfect location! Right next to the station, in the centre of town. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful ☺️ Highly recommend!

Food was delicious. One of the best pasta and pizza served here!! (gem place for vegetarians too!)

Breakfast is very Poor!! For such a high price the quality of the food is terrible. The bread was dry, the choice absolutely small.

The hotel is in a great location. We chose a room with a balcony which meant we were at the back so there wasn't a huge amount of noise at the weekend. Comfy beds, friendly staff and a varied enough breakfast.

Nothing really to dislike. For us, hot drinks weren't refilled often enough and there weren't enough cups. We are English and we love tea, this is entirely our preference.
