The AC was not working properly, we told the front desk twice and they said they would have someone look at it when we were out for the day. It was not working when we got back and having the windows open was the only way to keep the room cool, which was pretty noisy. We also requested the room to be cleaned and we could tell all the dirty towels we had left on the floor were just refolded and used again without being washed, same with the bedding. Reception was very friendly though, and the location and price were great! We didn’t have a bad stay, just not super attentive to guest requests.

Location was great, near the train station and in town. Staff was kind and helpful, spoke english, and upgraded our room for free unprompted! we got a spacious room with a kitchen and balcony with a gorgeous view. Breakfast was open 7-10 and everything was fresh and yummy! Very clean and comfortable, great experience overall!

The pillows were a bit lacking, but no big deal and we could have asked for more but chose not to. We were also unable to reach the reception desk to drop off our key because the doors were locked, but it was our fault because we needed to check out at about 5am, before the hotel's opening hours.

Location was great, a fantastic Italian restaurant across the road. The Staff were very friendly when we arrived. Room was spacious . Breakfast was limited but very enjoyable.

Breakfast was super satisfying, compared to the price we have paid, it has exceeded our expectations. It was a short stay, beds were comfortable. The staff upon check-in was very nice!

We could also smell lots of dust in the air so had to leave the window open. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken so the soap was leaking all on the sink, it was pretty hard to notice because of the design of the sink though ?

One of the more budget friendly places around. Ideal for Zermatt. Free Parking. Very central.

Loved the buffet breakfast! The rooms were really nice as well. Great location and parking lot is really big. The hotel had a lot of train information on side as well.

The electronic handle at the rooms were not working properly and you have to try multiple times to open the door.

Decent hotel & decent room, close to the station and right in the downtown area. Beautiful view of the mountain from our room (see photo). Comfy very big bed, nice shower and bathroom facilities

A hotel that exceeded expectations, in a pivotal place for trips in SwitzerlandGood Night Inn is a new modern hotel only 3 bus stops from the train station. The room was rather large and the bed was comfortable. Both room and bathroom were very clean and offered what we expected. We regret not having a coffee machine or at least a kettle and two mugs to be able to make our own instant coffee and/or tea. Having one chair for two persons was also inconvenient. The modest investment in a kettle and a chair would increase customers’ satisfaction by a few points and the return on investment will be several folds.However, this hotel compensates well the missing kettle by providing an excellent breakfast that offers a variety of foods that includes traditional breakfast items, fruits, drinks, both warm and cold juices and pastry. The hotel provides also a sitting area outside for customers waiting for their rides or simply enjoying the sun shine.

Breakfast was good. Great coffee machines. Good parking facilities for Motorcycles. Breakfast area is huge with a lot of seating.

My bed was super uncomfortable. Same with bedsheets and pillow. Had to ask for a second pillow. Also uncomfortable! Room was too hot. A/C doesn't work.

Location. In the heart of Brig. Clean rooms. Excellent parking (free). Great staff always with a smile and helpful.
