Hôtel du Béryl, Lons-le-Saunier

Clean and hot shower. I arrived at 2am and already for me Could take bicycle to room

It was very comfortable with a convenient restaurant across the car park.

Noisy casino customers running their engines at 3am to clear their windscreens and opening and closing car doors innumerable times.

Friendly staff, nice room, excellent breakfast, very good restaurant.

It was unique experience to go to a casino nearby hotel , I loved to . The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly , making me feel truly welcome . I loved the hotel's convenient location, the delicious food at the casino restaurant, and the excellent service. Definitely recommended

Break fast is perfect; spacy rooms, very clean, very nice staff. Very affordable

Clean convenient reasonable

No problems noted

Location good. Comfortable room and good bathroom. Enjoyed the breakfast. Perfect for our one night stopover. No kettle in room but hot and cold drinks available in reception. No swimming pool but local swimming pool across the road.

Is familiar to us. We stop every year on our travels and the breakfast is always good.

Could be cleaner. Dust and the occasional spider are off putting.

We stay at the hotel du Beryl every year, mostly because it bears my name, Beryl., and I am the only client with that name. Delightful staff, comfortable and clean accommodation, no parking problems, and good breakfasts.

Smell

The hotel was clean and well presented.

Signage to the hotel was lacking on a very busy road.Auto lights seemed to have delay.People who stood outside our window, on the ground floor, at 7am having a very long and loud chat.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Clean room and good breakfast, although not included in the price of the room.

Climate control in the room was uncontrollable. Too cold on a very cold day/night. Asked staff to make the room warmer but they were not able to change the temperature.

Good bike storage in a locked garage. Could walk back into outskirts of town

Restaurant was full when we tried to eat - we hadn’t been told when checking in that we should book a table. We walked in to the town centre for a meal.

Parking was good The location was spot on, breakfast was of a good variety was fresh and plentiful. We used it as a stop over between Italy and France and even though we had a massive 5 hour delay in monte blanc and not arriving until 11.30pm it was made simple by the woman on duty who had us checked in within minutes and no fuffing about

There wasn’t anything to dislike

The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable

The breakfast was minimal, so do not expect anything special. Remember, if you want to stay, book a table for dinner. Otherwise, you are not served, and considering the location of the hotel, it is not easy to find a restaurant nearby.

We went to this hotel at 6am in the morning and we wanted to stay 3 more hours they wanted extra 35 euros and they took extra payment from us. The train was delayed that is why we were late the restaurant was closed at 3pm in the afternoon both receptionists were extremely nice and kind

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was nice with the most comfortable bed ever, and lovely big soft towels. Couldn't fault anything. We were also able to pop into the casino and restaurant which was an unexpected treat. The staff were amazing, we had the best time, and very tasty pizza.
