I'm staying here for 3-d time. Great hote with beatiful territory, nice beach and very comfortable rooms. Try spa at least once, salt sauna is great! Wonderful breakfast!

Everything was good

The staff were proactive and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The entire place was extremely clean and well maintained. I loved the pleasant scent in the hall and the large, high-ceilinged lobby that felt open and airy. My room had a cool, relaxing view from the balcony, and the Executive Lounge on the 13th floor was definitely worth visiting. There were plenty of activities to enjoy such as pickleball, swimming, table tennis, big swings, and cycling. The cuisine was excellent with many delicious options, and the dinner set menu was especially impressive.

When I asked for pickleball rackets, the male receptionist asked for a deposit, which I did not appreciate and hope will not happen again. The bikes were locked at 6 PM, which was disappointing because I had to use the ones at the neighboring Mövenpick resort, where there is no curfew. The sauna was not available and was said to be under maintenance, which seemed intentional. Lastly, the dinner menu changed quite a lot compared to the paper version provided earlier. The score could have been 10 if not for the deposit request at the reception. With a few small improvements, this resort could easily become a perfect five-star stay.

The pool is not very clean, and under construction. The beach seating had a lot of mosquitoes, may be because they have a lot of plants and bushes near by the seating. I got a lot of bites while sunbathing at the beach. The seating area by the beach was very dirty.

We stayed one night in the villa and 2 nights in the room. Our children enjoyed swimming pools and the beach much. The food is tasty. All the staffs here are friendly and helpful.

The floor near swimming pools which leaads to the bar or the toilet is very slippery. My husband fell down. The rope in the sea near the beach is sharp, my children got the wounds after touching it.

We appreciate their upgrade offer for us to one bed room villa with private swimming pool. Our children could sleep very well and all of us enjoyed the cuisine in all restaurants. All staffs were friendly and gave us good services. We love our staying here, that's why we will come back next month for 3 nights.

We love our one bedroom beach front villa. It’s spacious, comfortable and very well designed. The beach is gorgeous. The resort offers great activity for the kids.

We were not informed that airport pick up was part of the package for our booking until we reached the resort ourselves. The answer from the hotel was not satisfying: - they couldnt contact us as we book via third party: booking.com- they said the info should be noted in the booking page, which is not the case

⚠️ What Could Be Better:Children: Suggested restriction from wet bar pool and cocktail hour in the executive lounge due to disrupted atmosphere.Restaurants: On-site dining needs improvement; they preferred dining at nearby Movenpick.Bugs: Noted excessive presence affecting outdoor comfort.Smoke/Steam: Emissions from a building in front of the hotel spoiled the views and were a significant downside.

Cleaning under bed must be better..The beach chairs were occupied by rude people from the early morning and no one was lying on them.

The staff at key locations (the girl at the reception, the girl at the room service call center, the girl at the entrance to the restaurant) - very poor English - impossible to explain some requests beyond regular.Dinners and room service - not tasty at all, with HIGH prices. Even the classic Pho Bo is tasteless. That’s thing to change, because There are no other options to eat, the resort is far from the town.Dirty windows in the rooms of the main building and on the balconies - you have such an Instagram view, but all the photos are terrible because of the dirt.WiFi - weak in rooms and common places like pools. Glass bottles for water as per Radisson standard are great, but why then disposable shampoos and shower gels? Why not use reusable dispensers?Recommendation - learn the word wireless (it was difficult to explain) and keep such phone chargers on hand. There is water everywhere, people take pictures and when the phone connector gets wet, it’s impossible to charge with cable, - it would be great to have wireless charger

Great pool, great breakfast. The rpom is very spacious and the bed confortable. Very nice balcony facing the sea. Good to have shuttle to the city and airport. Helpful staff.

Could have shuttle to the city more often. Black out curtains are not really black out so if.you can't sleep with light bring your own eye cover.

Their assistance extended even to helping us arrange a dentist appointment, which was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated.We’ve since recommended this hotel to a wider audience, as we truly had no complaints. We will absolutely be returning.A special mention goes to Nyung at breakfast—she was outstanding. From making our mornings enjoyable to helping us celebrate my husband’s birthday, her warmth and attentiveness truly set the standard for excellent service.
