The location is perfect, the view from the room is spectacular. There are a lot of food varieties and the staff is friendly.

A great variety of food but not the best quality

Wide offer of food in the restaurant. Food available during 24 hours a day. there were also some shops in the hotel, a very good fitness room. Everyday nice show, disco, live music, dance lessons.A huge thank you to the animation team (Yasma and others) for the amazing entertainment, for making our days more enjoyable, and for the cheerful program. It was a joy to spend time with you, and you made everything so much more fun!

Excursions provided by agency in the hotel are conducted only in Russian, which may not be suitable for every guest. We understood, our kids not. Despite this the trip was very good with a lot of information from the tourist guide.

Very friendly and efficient staff all across the hotel. Always able to get something to eat from a good selection of food, however there was a problem with the temperature of the food.

The hot food was primarily cold with the exception of the grilled food, which we tended to eat. The sea was full of awful looking brown sludge one day, which left us wondering. Needless to say we avoided the sea at all timesThe hotel was dated, and the room size didn't look as advertised.

They staff were amazing! They were very kind and upgraded our room for free, and all the staff throughout our trip were amazing, lovely, and very helpful. The ocean view from the room was amazing, and the balcony was well sheltered from any wind. The all inclusive package was great - the buffet was varied and pretty tasty (huge selection, not sure what some other reviews have been complaining about) , and the unlimited drinks included beer, wine and cocktails - it was great not having to worry about anything!

It's definitely an older hotel/resort, but to be fair the room we stayed in had been renovated pretty decently.

The glasses were not cleaned in the dining area. Not just once but a few encounters.

The wifi had a strong connection and the rooms were clean

They absolutely did not cater to English speaking people. All the tour flyers were in Russian, the buffet food was the same every day. The hot food was often cold which is not ideal for seafood and chicken. Our stay had extremely poor weather and there was nothing provided as entertainment inside. Overall I would not recommend nor stay again. For >$500 Aus per night it was not worth it

Clean and beautiful beach, good alcohol variety, nice bar stuff, amazing manager who supports in resolving any difficulties (apologies for forgetting the name, it was a Russian speaking man), clean rooms.

No drinks and food serve to the beach and swimming pools, regular shuttle to the city is expensive, small hotel area, repetitive food menu, broken elevators.

Great for the sun. All inclusive part is superb. Huge choice of food. Local beer and wine are good and a good range of cocktails and coffees. Nice room, sea view, nice pools, nightly entertainment.

It's location great for the airport but secluded otherwise. I think we were the only English although that really didn't matter. Seems to be for Korean, Russian and Kazak who were all very pleasant.

Hotel is VERY old. Straight from 2000s. I couldn't believe how old are the facilities, spa alone gave me a trauma with cheap red leather chairs and promo video that looked like cheap porn. Food was very bad. I spoke to Turkish chefs (there are lots of great all-inclusive hotels in Turkey, so I am really surprised why food was bad), they tried to accommodate taste of both russian and korean guests, but it was not successful. Even basic food like rice was very dry and not tasty. Which is a shame because you are paying money for all-inclusive, but then you are forced to eat outside the resort because food is bad.During our stay, hotel was like half empty which was good, because if they had more people, it would be hard to enjoy facilities, as territory of the resort is very small.There is absolutely no sound proof in rooms, and you will hear everything. We had to change rooms twice - first time ventilation broke down and whole room smelled like toilet, you know what employee did? Sprayed some chemicals so our room smelled like chemical factory. Second time - super loud noisy neighbors. After we changed room, we received some fruits and champagne to our room as a sorry, but champagne bottle was already open?nothing surprised us anymore.We came to this hotel after reading so many good reviews, but is the bar on the floor? Swandor - never again.

A truly wonderful stay at this hotel is guaranteed. It is the ultimate relaxing spot to chill out between adventures in Vietnam. First class food and a beautiful beach.

If you want to simply relax and enjoy the facilities this is a great spot.

The food was bland and boring. Tell future guests to bring 'flavour'. Was disappointing so we missed breakfast on purpose.

Most of the entertain was in Korean or Russian. Would of been nice if performers could translate in English as well.

Everything about this place was such a pleasant surprise. The property is absolutely stunningly beautiful. The staff are incredibly well professionally trained kind and courteous. The buffet was like on top of any five star resort that you will find in town. That activities for everybody from Young to old. I cannot recommend this place anymore. If you are in town you must go!
