Designing, room size, staffs are so friendly.

The food variety was not good.

There are definitely some highlights worth mentioning: the beach is very long, sandy, and beautiful, it feels private and exclusive. The amenities (linen, bedding, towels) are high quality and very comfortable. Breakfast was also good, and I especially appreciated the kindness of the tuktuk drivers, who were always friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed two nights at Melia, and while there were some positives, I left feeling quite disappointed.First, booking through the Melia website was impossible, no rooms were available at all. As a Melia Rewards member, this was frustrating because I couldn’t use my points, which made my membership feel useless during this stay. I believe Melia should prioritize putting more availability on their own website, especially for loyal members. When I arrive at the property, I asked if I could add this booking to my Melia app, and they said no as I had to book via booking.com. So basically the Melia Rewards account was useless.Second, despite checking in properly, my TV kept showing “Welcome Ms. …” with another guest’s name throughout my stay. A small detail, but it felt careless.My villa was also located far from the beach, so tuktuks were always needed. The pool light was not turned on automatically either; we had to request it.What left the worst impression, however, was at the restaurant. I asked for a larger glass to add ice to my coffee, but the staff told me that “other Korean guests asked for those big glasses already, and since no one could wash them, there were none left.” This made me feel as though domestic guests were not being treated equally. A simple request for a glass shouldn’t be too much to ask.Overall, I expected a more seamless and welcoming experience from Melia. I hope management can take this feedback and improve both the service quality and member benefits.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh — everything exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. Thank you! The beach is pristine and peaceful, with soft white sand and clear water. The pools are stunning and well-maintained, and the food across all restaurants was delicious with a great variety to suit all tastes. A bit Asian style, but still good even European dishes. Breakfast was particularly impressive — abundant, fresh, and beautifully presented.Whether you’re seeking a relaxing getaway or a luxurious base to explore the region, Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh delivers on every level. We left feeling refreshed and very well cared for. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a top-tier holiday experience in Vietnam.

Super friendly staff, food was good, room was very comfortable and clean.

There are so many villas that accommodate families, but there is only one swimming pool.

Highly recommend Melia, I would give it more than five stars if I could. Service, cleanliness and facilities were amazing!Service exceeded expectations, for example, I needed four pairs of shoes cleaned and Tuan went out of his way to organise this for us with total care and efficiency, thank you Tuan!The kids club was lovely, clean and with indoor and outdoor sections. I’m not sure of the female worker there who was pregnant, she was lovely and gentle with our kids. Viet, the Duty Manager went above and beyond to showing understanding to resolve a free shuttle issue with great empathy, professionalism and kindness. Thank you Viet.We will definitely come back!

Very nice beach, sea and villas are comfortable.

To improve the checkout time, too long.To improve also the restaurant service on the beach, you need always to look for someone that is not close to the beach

Beautiful property and rooms but the food quality did not meet our expectations.

The all-inclusive meals were not very delicious. While the Vietnamese dishes were consistently good, all the other food options were average. For the price paid, we were expecting better tasting food.

The upkeep of the grounds and facilities, including the villa and gardens, is commendable. The management team demonstrates a high level of efficiency and responsiveness in addressing guest requests. Additionally, the beach offers a private and serene retreat, providing a tranquil atmosphere with limited crowds.

The language barrier presents a challenge, as a limited number of staff members possess fluency in English, despite their genuine efforts to communicate. Additionally, the breakfast buffet could be enhanced by incorporating a wider variety of international options, as the current selection predominantly features Vietnamese cuisine. Although delicious, this limited selection may become repetitive. Offering a broader range of choices, particularly international dishes, would elevate the dining experience for guests from diverse backgrounds.

Villa was spacious, lovely to have your own private pool. Food throughout was very good. Staff professional.

All the staff are extremly friendly and ready to provide help anywhere anytime. The Villa and Interiors are excellent except one unhappy thing in facility. The hot water supply interrupted 10 minutes after the begin of my shower. I finished quickly the remaining of my shower in cold water as i could. By the way, there was a exclusive swimming pool belong to our villa, the water was clean. But there was only one light under water in Funtion, compared to my neighbor's Villa with all three lights under water.

Facility, Electrics

Amazing resort! A little far from any other restaurants or food stalls. The food in the resort is decently priced and they have a decent variety. The resort has a little kids area that was a great perk! They have a few workers there that are so sweet and play with the kids. They have a nice main pool, a nice gym, nice bar at the beach and main building and a 5 Star Spa! They have a shuttle service around the resort since it’s pretty big. You can still walk around though. They also have buffets! Oh, and their pizza was delicious!

The only thing I found inconvenient was that the pots and pans were not readily available for us to use. There is a whole process to request pots and pans in case you wanted to reheat food or cook something.

love all of the staff there. They were always so helpful and gracious. Always have a smile on their faces. The Tuk Tuk is ALWAYS available and on time or early. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Here are 3 things I would suggest correcting in the villa:1. Dinner meal options needs to be better. The food and quality of choices, need to match with the breakfast choices. Most of the time we go to dine, the food seems old and not tasty. 2. Washer/Dryer- as a family with 3 kids, it's important that we have access to a laundry room. This was really disappointing. The good news was, your staff was willing to help us find a local laundry place that was able to pick up, wash/dry our clothes for dirt cheap and best part, same day service! 3. Plug-ins. My curling iron couldn't plug into the sockets....any sockets. So I couldn't do my hair during my 7 nights stay.

Manager was super nice and honestly every single staff were so nice. Best vacation we’ve spent and everything was so clean. Enjoy the private pool and their beach was just breathtaking.
