- Great location in Neuenburg A Rhine. Very nice restaurant and wonderful staff.
- Delightful and friendly staff. Very clean rooms. The hotel restaurant was a wonderful surprise, 5 stars! Great location right off the autobahn.
Cons -
- the pillows were a bit flat. we read later that you can ask for extra pillows. we definitely will the next time.....and there will be a next time!
- The beds are really firm in all my stays all over Europe so far.
- I fully understand, but the restaurant is closed Tuesday evenings - but this is quite common these days. However I was given several tips by the staff as to where I could go to eat in the evening: All within easy walking distance and also very good selection: Italien, Asian or Germany/French. So it was not a major problem. There are supermarkets nearby too. So don't let this put you off!

The owner was very nice and spoke English very well. They are very helpful and kind to us.

Warm welcome, even though I arrived at 12:00 I could still check into my room and get settled in. The greeting was warm and friendly. Very good room with balcony and all facilities necessary. Excellent WIFI so I could work easily. The Breakfast is exceptional! You can even get poached eggs if you like! Friendliness, competence of staff made me feel very much at home. I can highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. Good honest food in the Restauarant at very reasonable prices for freshly cooked meals. Perfect.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and dinner in the restaurant of the hotel! We recommend this hotel. We stayed there for 1 night, went to Italy the day after.

Breakfast was a buffet with fresh products.
was a buffet and i chose what i wanted to eat. was all goed.
Very friendly staff. The breakfast was nice. The dinner was fantastic. A lot of locals eat here (says more than 1000words :).
Nothing. Be aware of that there is no elevator.
Excellent traditional German buffet breakfast, and very well-thought-out Table d'Hote and A la Carte menus .The cook is a seasoned professional who must have worked at some very high class establishments before he came here. All the personnel here must have been classically trained because they cook and serve everything correctly.Rooms are comfortable and quiet and there is nice secluded parking onsite for you long distance delivery drivers.
Nice friendly atmosphere. Good kitchen.
Very nice! Excellent breakfast!
Friendliness and eager to help.
Super friendly staff! I would really recommend this hotel!

The local touch - we enjoy VERY much every single stay we have - we’ll be back again
They are still reconstructing the whole village :-)) hope they soon finish
The staff did what they could do, thanks!
The kitchen was closed and the food was not at all as gourmet as expected ?
Complimentary dressing gown, good safe parking
