    Pros +

    • Very central, clean, welcoming, very helpful staff.
    • In general, the stay was fine. For the price it was all ok. What we liked: staff was very polite. The registration / check-in and all other questions was rather a pleasant experience. The breakfast was nice (for the price). Staff was very busy during the breakfast (as the hotel is relatively big and the breakfast area is moderate from the size perspective), tables are small, but ok. The bed was ok, the bathroom was clean. Parking in the basement was also fine - no issues there. There is a grocery store not far away - nice addition if needed. The hotel is located in walking distance to the city center.
    • Rooms were clean comfortable and quite.

    Cons -

    • What we did not like (not critical, still you might want to keep in mind). We were there in August, it was relative hot during the day and fresh in the night, but we could not open the window, as there was a street in front of the hotel, where motorbikes and other loud vehicles were driving by. With closed window it was not an issue (you barely hear nothing), but to open the window - it was not possible during the night. And as the rooms are rather small, to be there without fresh air might be a bit difficult. We woke-up and had to open the window for some time, to get a bit of fresh air into the room. The neighboring area is ok-ish, not pretty, still... on the walk to the center you might walk through interesting communities of people. It is not critical, still, to keep in mind.
    • Rooms a bit small but in line with price. Good but busy breakfast.
    • Restaurant closed could have done with another bed side table

Very nice hotel just few minutes away from Rouen by bus (bus stop is couple of minutes walk from the hotel). The staff was very nice, the room very comfortable. And an amazing breakfast! I highly recommend to avoid the hassle of parking in downtown Rouen. The hotel has a secured parking for only 8 euros a night.

    All was great

Very quiet & spacious room. Sufficient parking. Good breakfast. Good value for money.

Bedboard (vertical part of bedframe extending above pillows) was dirty (hate to even think what it was). We tried to clean w toilet paper, but not successful. We asked reception for extra cleaning -- but he said that the room was clean! How very strange not to believe us!! We then asked for an extra towel to take care of it ourselves. Which I did with shower gel and hot water. Ugh. Location is very far from decent restaurants and far from town center.

The room was very comfortable and clean and parking was so easy!

Breakfast could have had a few more options

    9MarkPosted on: 10-8-2024

The hotel was modern and quirky which made a nice change from other hotels we stayed in. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Service was good.

Couldn't get the air con in our room to work. It looked as though it was turn off (it was October) and it was a hot night so it made sleeping uncomfortable.

    10JacquiPosted on: 10-4-2024

The room although on a busy road had very effective glazing- hence a good nights sleep. Everything was spotlessly clean, Very new hotel and the facilities exceeded expectations for the star ratings on this hotel. Breakfast was excellent with delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. Coffee was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel, slightly strange unknown area of Rouen but we used as a pit stop en route to Calais from the South of France- and it definitely exceeded our expectations.

underground parking had very steep incline to access - some above ground parking but limited.

Everything really. From decoration to staff sympathy especially Enrique who was extraordinary. Really liked the fact the shower was independent from the toilet. Will surely come back.

The coffee. Sorry but coffee for me is the start of my morning. The Quality of the coffee is very bad

Secure parking.Room and comfortable bed. The decor throughout out was lovely.Nice breakfast

Difficult to find entrance as Signage was poor.No restaurant! Not nice to see people eating takeaways in reception and seating areas.

    6DariaPosted on: 9-29-2024

    Location, lobby, private parking

Very wet room, very poor breakfast (especially for France) with no vegetables. The overall experience is not great.

    8MarcinPosted on: 9-26-2024

Very cosy living room and breakfast room, friendly staff, the private parking - those are the things that we appreciated. We also liked the water fountains inviting the guests to fill their own bottles.

The breakfast - mostly sweet things, we would prefer more savory options. The neighbourhood of the hotel is not very interesting but it's around 30 minutes walking distance from the historic centre of Rouen - so not too bad. It would be much better if rooms were equipped with a small fridge (we were traveling with our dog and needed to keep his pet food somewhere so we had to ask the staff at the reception - a little bit inconvenient.

    8HPosted on: 9-21-2024

Difficult to access by road. More signage needed for first time-comers on approach road signs and much better marking and entrance conspicuous: we passed it twice first time and entrance is very inconspicuous.

See above and please act on it as a first- time arrival could be dangerous as it is now.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good and basic ??

    10JunePosted on: 9-8-2024

Breakfast was adequate but needed to be kept topped up more

Took us 2hrs to find the place ?‍♀️ going round in circles and people was asked did not know or hadn’t heard of it

    9KitPosted on: 9-7-2024

Nice, modern and clean. Easy location to drive to just outside of the historic centre. Good stopping point when heading back to the UK from Dordogne. Liked that it had secured parking and we could comfortably leave our bikes there. For us it was an easy 40 minute walk to the main shops and sights.

Prefer to have a kettle in room.

    8MargaretPosted on: 8-28-2024

There was a great breakfast with a wide selection of food. The room we had was quite large and the decor was very pleasant.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel.

    9DavidPosted on: 8-20-2024

The hotel was very clean , car parking was secure. Lots of local eating places.
