Very nice room which is pretty good size and clean. Nice bathroom. Positive room experience.

Hotel does not have a street level parking and all spaces on surrounding streets were taken. There was an underground parking with daily charge. Breakfast included but there were not too many items, and they ran out quite fast without being replenished.

There's no dedicated turnout or dedicated parking to check in. Very inconvenient. The bed we had was back breakingly hard.

I dont like that the guy in the reception let us outside wihtout open the the till us press the bell.

The receprionist, though alone, was very sweet and helped us all along.

The breakfast menue was limited, and it didnt provide besides eggs, no bacon, sausages or any variations of lactose free meals.

It’s clean, and the room’s design looks nice, but from a practical point of view I still find it illogical.

The room’s design and facilities are poorly thought out. The wardrobe is extremely small, the pillows are too thin, and the bedside table is awkwardly positioned, requiring you to twist your arm to reach it. The bed legs also appear to be close to breaking. In addition, the night staff were not very welcoming and behaved in an unnecessarily patronizing manner. The day staff, however, were very welcoming and helpful.

Understaffed and not enough food options, especially when we arrived at the hotel on a Sunday and the only decent restaurant open was closed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and appeared to be brand new. The breakfast was excellent.

The carpet in the room is very dirty. Dirty bed linen. No water. The breakfast is poor, no vegetables. The coffee is terrible. The hall smells like sewage. The staff is friendly.

You can't open windows in a Holiday Inn and it wasn't possible to lower heat in the room

Value for money, nice central location, friendly staff and excellent customer service.

Easy check in let us have our room earlier , easy parking underneath recommend getting there a little earlier not many spaces 11 euros . Breakfast was lovely and fresh would definitely stay again

The hotel is nice, located not right in the centre but you can walk to the centre 20-25 minutes across the river. Bed is comfy and breakfast is decent. Parking is available (paid), and the entrance to the parking is not straightforward.

It would be a good idea to add refrigerators to the rooms. Additionally, I think youtube or netflix can be added on TV. Also, once at the breakfast the sausages finished and were not replenished, my husband was sad about that.

Clean, huge room, comfy bed.

Hotel is modern, the room is nice, spacious, the beds are comfortable. We had a nice view from the higher floor on the surrounding buildings.The breakfast was excellent, it had everything we all want to eat in the morning - fresh baguette, fresh croissants, butter, jam, scrambled eggs, coffee machine, nutella. We parked in a free parking lot nearby. We were satisfied with the hotel,

There is no hair dryer plug in the bathroom, it is only in the room, which is annoying if the other family members are already asleep.Upon our arrival, the cot we requested was not ready and we had to set it up ourselves

The reception people are not polite and not helpful . Breakfast is not enough . They service is very little.

Very spacious room! Clean and comfortable. Has an elevator, an underground parking lot, air-conditioner in the room. About 5-10 mins drive to old town Rouen. Nice breakfast in a big breakfast room. Check-in and out is quick and efficient. The receptionist is very helpful when we try to find and enter the hotel’s parking lot.

Perfect for a stopover, very clean, friendly and good value.
