Novotel Suites Rouen Normandie

24 hr front desk service, room space and cleanliness and the staff were very friend

Good location for the plans we had, clean, nice staff.

The lication and cleanliness.

The breakfast area was a bit overcrowded.

Far to hot no controll over heat had to ask for fans only 1 window opens about 100 mm strange layout with bathroom and toilet felt so cheap

The Hotel was very nice our room was also nice spacious and in general clean. The communal areas were very cozy. And the receptionists were very sweet. We would stay again.

The toilet had a bad smell. And the extra beds had some black hairs on the sheets not sure they were cleaned.

Nice fragrance in the reception area, superb breakfast with quality choice of food. Spacious room and confortable room as really nice bathroom. Will surely choose this accommodation again

Put the overnight parking at 10 euros would be great as there is no much street parking around the hotel.

Perfect room size for a family, so useful to have a little kitchen and the dishwashing set. Nice location next to some restaurants on the canal (we liked going to the entrepôt !). Nice breakfast!

The hotel was clean, and the room was a decent size. The location to the major attractions was good, just 15 minutes walk. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Nothing to mention.

Very spacious room. Travelling family with 4. Great breakfast, parking on site. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice stop by the river. Clean, comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great room, very nice bed. Terrific shower

Room 116. The air-conditioning did not work and leaving the window open was to loud with the traffic so didn't sleep that well. The car parking cost is too much.

Rooms are very big. Pefect for familes. Clean, smart with good facilities (Microwave / Coffee maker) Good location for Seine. Parking very handy, but we can't use because we had a roofbox on the car which makes it too big to get in! Late 12pm checkout is great! We use this hotel when passing though to channel tunnel which is 2 hours away, so good for that

Breakfast is just OK. Coud be better. No Bar

Great standard of family rooms and the local next to electric car charger and the waterfront restaurants s great

15 Euros to park car

Room was good, bed was comfy. Breakfast was a good selection and easy to self serve.Staff were friendly and were able to communicate in English

There were no bottles of water in the room and only one nespresso pod. It looked like it hadnt been restocked. Breakfast was a little overpriced.

Modern styleCleanBig room for all of usGood breakfast

All was good for us.

Very good location, free parking, nice swimming pool, good restaurant.

the sofa bed is not flat, so not as comfortable as sofa bed in other Novotel

The staff were friendly and everything worked smoothly

The room was slightly small for a family of 4 and we ordered pizzas which were fridge cold in the middle when they were served

Everything was excellent, staff were friendly, the room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great

Only thing that let the stay down was the A/C was working well in the room. It was a very warm and sticky night. This wouldn’t detract me from staying again.

- good location and parking available- large enough room and very clean- friendly staff

If any: - breakfast is a bit crowded during rush hour- elevator system is old, which is annoying during said rush hour

Good breakfast, great location (we ate just over the road at the street food place, it was lovely and backed on to a promenade along the Saine!)

We had a family room, the children's beds could have been more comfortable.
