Friendly staff. Great location, easy walk to station, cathedral, river, etc

Cafe across the way is noisy till 2pm. Problem if windows are open.

Good location, they held our luggage after checking out for the day. They had shampoo and soap. Tea was available in our room.

Everything was good for a one night stay.

Everything was clean and very comfy. The staff was super nice and the location was perfect. The breakfast was complete and really good!

While don't recall asking for a "quiet"room, our room did face the street with many cafes (no cars) and one cafe directly across from our room was still noisy at 2 AM. Not a reason to negatively impact our rating as we did enjoy our stay and to reiterate the staff was exceptional as was the location.

Very happy with the room - it was very cute and well-appointed. Price was great and the location was ideal. Close to the railway station and right beside restaurants, bars and the town centre. Perfect.

For the older gentleman such as myself, a room on the fifth floor when the lift only goes to the fourth is far from ideal. So the lesson is -enquire first.

Noise from bar across the street into the night is a problem on warm nights when you want the windows open.

Bedding and bath towels had not been changed when I arrived, but very rapidly turned around. No other dislikes at all.

Only minus was parking is a short walk away but that is understandable as the hotel is in the pedestrian zone. Was not a problem for our family

Staff were so kind and helpful. We headed back to England and realised my son had left his comforter behind. My son is autistic and heavily reliant on this toy. Staff were very helpful in assisting and kindly posted this back to me, at my expense. My son is thrilled to have his toy back.

Room was immaculately clean and beautifully updated in a classical style, jaw dropping so! Whomever chose the finishes, right down to the sea-creature chrome cup holder, really has an eye. The clawfoot tub was so classy and so relaxing! Great choice. This is probably the nicest place we’ve stayed 3 weeks in France, and so reasonably priced at that. The bedding was luxury, we slept very well! I cannot recommend it enough, and I’m so picky! The location was great and parking not so bad for being in the middle of a medieval city.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were all really friendly. Room was nice with a good sized bathroom. Nice and warm on a cold February night. Parking nearby under the square. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Rouen.

Didn’t plan well for I was there over New Years. I am an early to bed and up early. The celebration for New Years was not conducive to my usual habits.

The Hotel was is very well run and the fittings in the en-suite etc. where top quality, Our 3rd. stay there and we will be going back .

In the room there was no coffee our milk provided just tea . I don't like tea . when I asked in reception for some coffee sashes I was told there not provided. it costs more than tea !!! I thought coffee was the French National drink

Nothing not to like!

We were very happy with the location of Hotel Dandy as it is within walking distance of the historic sites and the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. A tiny elevator will take you up to floors beyond the first level. We did not have their breakfast.

The bathtub only had the hand held spray option, not an overhead spray that one could stand under.

Shower too short couldn’t fit standing , breakfast no ready made boiled eggs, asked for them to prepare they didn’t

The bedroom and reception areas downstairs were elegantly decorated. Bedroom a good size with cupboards and desk as needed. Modern television that we erected able to connect to our internet apps (Netflix) via mobile. Breakfast tasty with all the usual plus quality cheese

We were on the first floor. There is a lovely bar opposite but I can not complain as I was in it one night. Bar closed before midnight
