Location. Parking. Public transportation. Easy to find, park, visit the city center.
Implantation. Architectures de Rouen. Restaurants.
Location is fine 10 minute walk to centre
Basic and room/showerroom wasn’t very clean.
Bright and clean. Good access to the public car park although you have to pay €6 for overnight parking.
Finding the car park entrance. Also there are 2 other hotels in Rouen with the same name, resulting in your satnav taking you to the wrong hotel!
Just a short stroll to the centre of Rouen, and surrounded by restaurants and bars so ideally placed. Welcoming staff who didall they could to make our stay great.
First room allocated to us had not been cleaned properly with hair in the shower and blood on the carpet. A quick chat with reception and a different room provided. The parking garage was €6 per night but free on weekends if ticket placed in shoppers machine but hotel still charge regardless. Thought it was unfair but car was safe and secure.
Good location, basic comfortable room, friendly helpful staff
It was inexpensive. We got two room cards. Microvawe at the lobby was available (I did not use it though). It was clean. The room was also quiet however very small. To find where the parking is was a challenge, but once we did it was no problem and there was plenty of space to park. Town centre in the walking distance (20 minutes)- for us acceptable. We didn't feel in danger in the area but not 100% comfortable. Parking is free of charge on Sundays.
Very small room. View into the backyard, which was full of waste. Parking space was also dirty- we had the impression that the floor never has been cleaned (the soles of our shoes were sticky after we walked trough). In the bathroom foil curtain for the shower. The staff at the reception were also not eager to answer simple questions. The escalators were often occupied by the cleanning stuff so we had to wait for a long time for the accessible lift to arrive.
The property was very central , it’s was clean and basic which reflected in the price. It’s was just a stop over.
The location is not the greatest but it is alright. The staff is friendly.
The problem is how noisy the room was. It is like having a ventilateur inside the room.
Standard B & B hotel, Good value, well known brand, reliable.
My thoughts only ….The location, bit rough at night. Better off staying in the “B&B” in the historic central town.
Day staff were very helpful
Parking was not just outside and this was a huge problem when arriving late with a disabled person. Outside and inside felt unsafe day and night. I was surrounded and harassed outside the hotel in the daytime and there was an assault next to my son’s room at 4am requiring an ambulance and police being called. The rooms weren’t very clean. I felt unsafe negotiating the underground car park at 1am.
For the price, it is a good place to stay for a night. The hotel is a bit old but nothing wrong with it. Rooms were clean and the bed & pillows were very comfy. The staff is very helpful. Due to the noise coming from the mall it was a bit difficult to sleep but the staff offered us breakfast for it, therefore we are thankful for that!
The neighbourhood is a little off, but it was fine for a night. The breakfast was basic, nothing special
Location close to the center, easy and affordable to park our car. Rooms are small and simple, but everything you need and affordable price for a short stay. Bed is ok, hygiëne reasonable.
The button of our toilet fell off, crying baby upstairs. we missed a coffee machine and water boiler.
The hotel was OK bathroom a bit small but mainly only slept there so it was adequate.
BIG immigrant area about 20 minutes walk from Rouen town centre. Wouldn't advise single females staying there. It didn't feel safe at night. Like I said hotel was fine, it was just the area. PS watch out for the Rats, they are huge around this area especially at night.
Center, good price, easy parking, cheap parking. bed clean and comfy
Awful elevator, dirty walls, very small toilet and shower, very noisy doors impossible not to wake up if someone close his/her door.
room was clean
Noise in Hotel banging doors shouting people 6 euros to park 7 Euros added tax which i was not informed about
The hotel is located inside a shopping mall which is good. It’s really clean so that’s a plus
The room is small and They charge you for parking which is the same parking for the mall, that’s crazy. No refrigerator in room nor microwave. NO AC either for summer and no heater for winter, that’s outrageous. I paid 51 euros for one night so I guest it fair.
