The hotel was within walking distance of the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Rouen. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Recent renovations are noticeable and appreciated

No air conditioning meant we had to sleep with the window open. There was lots of activity at the park across the street with people yelling and screaming. The area the hotel was in was not one that I would feel safe in at night.

Centrally located hotel with very friendly staff. Nice breakfast included. They accommodated our bicycles which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Stayed here this time last year. Comfortable quiet hotel, courteous service. Given useful advance information for arrival by car. Nice to be on the first floor though we travel light with just an overnight bag. Great location next to a car park, though roadworks meant access was guesswork. Gabriel extremely kindly printed out some private documents for us. Lovely hotel and stay in Rouen, thank you.

It is an excellent location for me who come with the Flixbus from Paris. I can walk with my luagge easily across the bridge to the property.So, yes, it is very close to the Seine and the Catherdral hence "the watch/clock" the centre...Quiet with the window close and lively (supposed to be) when window is open.My room have a good side view of the catherdral.The floor, sheet and bathroom are all very clean.

The way the eco friendly white light work (corridor) at night is a little creepy for me with the dark brown doors. If there is a nice way to have the corridor more comforting, will be excellent....

Front desk staff was nice.

No parking, difficult to find parking. Did not have two beds as requested. Would not let me cancel the room. Did not even stay at hotel, just left and found another one.

Very attentive staff, they helped with literally everything. Pleasant breakfasts. Excellent location, just a couple of minutes to Rouen Cathedral and the Seine river.

The rooms are plain. In the morning, it could be noisy from cars on the street. And one night it was incredibly loud outside because of the bar across the street.

The location was central. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and had a wonderful view of the beautiful Rouen cathedral. The staff was very kind.

There is no elevator. The rooms are small. The walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors talking and walking around.

Location was incredible, staff was extremely helpful (giving us instructions on where to park, where to dine, etc), and every need was met!

Nice location, staff were nice, rooms were clean and also property was gay friendly.

Bed was hard (this is own personal choice), lack of parking (nearest car park underground is Opera). Breakfast choice no choice of milk if vegetarian or vegan.

Excellent location, fabulous breakfasts, very reasonable price, very clean. I will return and recommend!
