Staff was amazing. Check in was fast. Breakfast was good. Nice, clean room. Small but cozy.No A/C so we had to sleep by opened window. And boy, the best water pressure(shower)I have ever expreienced. It was fantastic.Really close to attractions. While it is just off the highway, it is in a safe area.Great value foe the money.

It was extremely hot, and we couldn’t sleep. Since there’s no air conditioning, we tried opening the window, but the hotel is next to the highway, so it’s too loud.

    Location was good

    Room small no air conditioning

+ Good location of the hotel+ Parking (remember to make a reservation of a parking lot!)

    - Not really nice stuff- My room was on the ground floor next to the reception, it was too much noise there- Not too much choice at breakfast

    7NataliiaPosted on: 4-23-2025

Rouen is the best! Nice stuff and location is ok

The bed was awful, it was like sleeping in a hammock

    7CarollPosted on: 4-23-2025

    Good location

The shower tray leaked water onto the floor. No window. Straight off the bedroom.

    8JudithPosted on: 4-13-2025

The bed was big and comfortable. The shower was also generous. The hotel was near enough to the centre to walk easily in 15 mins (we are over 70 years of age).It was very quiet. We were able to park at the hotel for a daily charge, and staff explained how we could take the car out for a trip and return it in the evening.

It would have been nice to be able to access the outside space, which does feature in the photos of the hotel. The room was small and there were few hooks and no drawers and 1 chair. 3 nights for 2 people was OK, but more would have been difficult.

Cheap stay, good if you re stopping over or need to stay near the hospital or centre. Staff were nice.

Not a great breakfast selection, very basic room and hotel in general.

    Location

Only 1 electric plug for the whole bedroom (1 in the bathroom but didn't work).

Needed one night stay next to the Rouen university. The staff was extremely nice, I spoke my broken French, but they speak English too. The parking is not included, but if you ask in advance, its about 8 euro/day. Big bonus is that the parking is in enclosed parking space with cameras and you can leave your car there up to 5 pm on the day you're leaving (but ask the desk before - they might be full). Breakfast was very nice with some local foods.

    5EmmaPosted on: 10-14-2024

This is a cheap and cheerful hotel with no thrills. The rooms are very basic so if you need a one night lay over then it's fine.

The bathroom was dirty and the shower was very small. There was a punch hole in the wall of the room

    7MariaPosted on: 10-7-2024

    Small room, but managableQuite dark

Price according to what the room was

    4WilliamPosted on: 10-1-2024

location and price are pretty good

The beds creak loudly when we surrender to passion, so much so that we might have to take it to the floor to keep our moments private. The walls, poorly insulated, let every intimate sound travel, making it clear: just as we hear others in the throes of passion, they can undoubtedly hear us. It's as if our desire refuses to be contained, echoing through the very walls that surround us.

    7PeterPosted on: 9-27-2024

    Reception very good

Rooms a bit small and need updating a bit dusty and used. Parking good but should be included in stay

    7JackiePosted on: 9-24-2024

You get what you pay for this is a basic hotel on outskirts of city It was clean with a comfy bed WiFi and parking Staff were friendly and helpful

Very run down building No fridge or kettle in room It was a good fifteen minute walk to centre city

    8MileuPosted on: 9-22-2024

The soap in the room, had a nice scent. It didn't trigger neither my mum or my asthma.

The staff was cooking with Hot Oil in the kitchen between3 and 4 in the morning causing the fire alarm to go off for 10 mins. I was working on my computer until 1 am so having a fire alarm go off a few hours latter wasn't the best experience. WhenI went downstairs to ask the staff member what was going on, he replied I'm french "bon!" Gave me two thumbs up and not even an apology. I spoke to the day staff and he told me he was making the hard build eggs...you do not cook hard boil eggs in oil. Anyway, we left but extremely tired for a already grooling journey
