    Pros +

    • Warmly welcomed by two Recrption staff - Very Professional; Room on 5th floor had great views over the River Seine - Fridge, Cooker, Kettle etc Brillisnt facilities; great food in the Restaurant.Getting a space in their Garage is Essential though, given the limited car parking spaces within close proximity to this Hotel !
    • Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Food was very good. Room was quite spacious and lovely and warm, which was nice as the weather was freezing!
    • The retro gaming console in the lounge, the location, the soundproofed walls, and the restaurant. The fold up bed was great as well.

    Cons -

    • We were So impressed with everything and in particular the friendly staff
    • Hotel has a private underground car park, which was very handy, but there is a 21 euro charge per night for this, which is quite expensive. This is also not made obvious on their website, and we were not aware of the charge until we checked out.
    • Bed was a bit squeaky but not too bad

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant and having private (payable) parking so close by was very helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and plentiful, again with wonderful friendly staff. Really clean and tidy hotel. We stayed in a studio which was perfect with a lovely clean bathroom.

Clean, modern hotel well located with secure car park. Very friendly staff.

Car park a little hard to locate.

    Location, the bathroom was good.

The room was small, pillows were limited, I was asked to empty my own rubbish.

A stunning boutique hotel: modern, clean, and cozy. Great location in the city center, yet quiet rooms. Underground parking is available; you'll need to leave a deposit, and the difference will be refunded. Cafes and shops are nearby. The old town is just a couple of minutes away. There are many different restaurants for every taste, including a restaurant in the same building. There's also a fully equipped kitchen in your room, and you can buy pasta and sauces at the reception desk downstairs to cook your own meal—very convenient. Cider, beer, drinks, and snacks are also available. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is ideal, just a short walk to the old city.

Pillows were in short supply and not soft enough. On the other hand, staff got us two extras.

The location is best for sightseeing. The facilities are clean.

    There aren’t enough parking lots.

The location to the city centre and car park were excellent and the view across the river was much appreciated.

The room was great and spacious, the breakfast was great and it is very well located. We had a car and it was easy to park in their garage. Staff was great and the facilities were very well maintained.

    Great location, nice hotel, spaceous.

Beds were to hard for us, an extra mattress topper would be helpfull. For the additional beds (1 foldable and 1 sofabed), it should easily be improved by addition of good mattresses; hopefully the hotel will adapt this.

Excellent and cosy appartement in the centre of Rouen, everything is close : restaurants, bakery, supermarket. Nice view on opera square. Nice to have a little kitchen, having breakfast in the morning without leaving the room.

    All good for us.

The room was very clean, with everything we need

The size of 19 m seemed very small

This was a basic hotel near the centre , the room was small , the breakfast was ok , but not very good choice of food, and i did again have to ask about replenishment ! these days hotels like this one seem to skimp on choice of food and basic training around replenishment , as a customer we pay !, the on site car park was a nightmare !

breakfast was a poor choice , again i had to ask for basic replenishment of ham , cheese, and so on , these days hotels like this one seem to offer even less / skimp on choice and i mean basics like cheese ,ham , baguette ! as a customer we are paying for this , This is France 2025 !! the issue is simple , we pay more they offer less ? the on site car park was a nightmare ! very small and difficult to navigate with all pillars post , very small car needed

The staff were exceptional. Friendly and genuinely interested in helping me have a great stay. They told me about the cathedral light display that was on and also remembered me when I returned and remembered what I was up to. The fridge in the room was very handy.

I can’t think of anything. I am not sure if they had a box of tissues in my room. That would be all I think.

Very smart and well thought out hotel room layout with kitchenette and complete amenities except for the book shelf placed above the sofa bed which can be dangerous if you wake up close to its edge and hit your head against it. Bathroom has a separate shower area which quite effectively separate the wet and dry areas and enough place to store your changing clothes. New sponge and table cloth provided for your stay which is hygienic and considerate. Quite a large fridge which is really nice. They sell some bottled soup and drinks at the reception for reasonable prices for your convenience. Convenient to have a car park directly below the hotel which you can reached by the lift.

The hotel looks clean but isn’t that clean in the kitchenette area… stained glasses, bits of stuff in the drawers… seemed like the staff did not maintain well the areas that aren’t that visible. The fact that they asked for a euro 50 deposit (seems to be per day basis) is a hassle for guests. You still have to monitor if they refund you the deposit after a few days and deal with the uncertainty and worse got to follow up with them if they never refund you is a big hassle n homework

The place is very good, great location, everything was clean.

I'm still waiting for a deposit refund. The administrator said that I'll receive it after a week, but after 4 weeks there's still no refund.

Good amenities for an aparthotel, rooms were quite large and comfortable. Location was good, it is very close to a tram/metro station. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very attentive.
