Clean comfortable and good location

The room was clean and well equiped. The hotel is located near river Seine. It takes less than 10 min to walk to the oldest part of the city. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly.

Ventilator in the neighborhood was a little bit loud.

Hotel is very nice overall. Room decor was nice and was clean with a small terrace outside.

Room was very small for us with our dog also. Location is ok but in a busy area with a lot of traffic and busy roads.

TV didn’t work well and no NETFLIX etc in standard rooms. Room smelt of cleaning fluid, parking tight.

Could have provided a bit more at Christmas time. In the Hotel..as every where else was closed.

We required parking and this hotel was very convenient to the old city. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating, especially Sandra and the kind gentleman at the front desk, whose name I neglected to write down.

Bit noisy with the busy street outside and you can hear the doors of other rooms. But nothing that kept us awake at night. :)

Nothing. All good. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the lively restaurant areas around the Vieux Marche which may not suit everyone but was fine for us.

Wish there was more mechanical ventilation in the bathroom. Either the bed room became damp if the bathroom door was left ajar or the water would not dry in the bathroom if door was left closed.

Big room though sparsely furnished.Good location for historic centre. Reasonably priced secure parking though quite difficult to manoeuvre. Breakfast just about adequate.Towels changed every day.

Bathroom: no handrail to get in and out of bath for a shower. Very slippery and dangerous. Not enough toilet paper provided automatically. Nowhere to hang and dry wet towels which were very worn.Breakfast: the bare minimum. Not automatically replenished. One day there was a broken glass lid in the milk. Had to ask for the floor to be cleaned after a spillage of orange juice by another guest. Not a great choice particularly of hot food. Cereal choice not great. Had to ask for natural yogurt. Restaurant for evening meal: poor choice of food. Didn’t know how to make aperol spritz. The fact that there were only 4 people in the restaurant says it all. Disappointing. Unapologetic and glib when drink was clearly wrong. Long wait for food.
