It has a underground parking. It is near the old center. In a 15 minutes walk. Perfect bedding and a great breakfast. Reasonable price.

Spacious comfortable rooms, ten mins walk from historic city centre. Not bad breakfast for €12. Parking under hotel for €12, though feee parking around hotel if space available.

We found the room on the cool side even with the air con system turned up to 23 deg. Might ask for extra blanket in winter, thin duvet.

the location was ideal for visiting Rouen, walkable distance. It was also convenient for the road route in and out of Rouen. Very helpful and cheerful staff and the underground car park worked well for my car which is an estate with roof box.

Location was good, room surprisingly nice, including the shower. Coffee served in the reception area free of charge.

Difficult to see signage for the hotel from the road when driving.

The room was very cold, even though it was on the 1st floor, it felt like living in a basement. There was no towel dryer in the bathroom, the floor was very cold, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower.

We only stayed the night for a layover ro our next adventure.Highlights: + Convenience and cleanliness of the place. + The staff at night and in the morning was impeccable, so jovial and nice. + We recommend this place for a short stay.

Lowlights: - The room was a bit small for 3 people that we had booked for. - The beds were definitely a bit hard.

The hotel is well maintained and quite close to the city center where all sightseeing is happening. Rooms are clean. Everything good and beds were comfortable.Good parking under the building.

Good location for a relatively short walk into the city centre for the historic sights or down to the river for a pleasant stroll and eateries very close by. The receptionist was very helpful with eating suggestions but we arrived on a Sunday so not all were open, which we half anticipated. Secure parking in the underground car park is extra but we knew that before arrival, though there appeared to be plenty of on street parking about if needed.

Regular stay in an Ibis Hotel - Simply done, ideal for a city overnight. Breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular. Bar in lobby for a small selection of drinks. Modern bedrooms, comfortable bed.

Car park entrance is exceptionally tight, the damage to walls and pillars shows others have had similar experiences. Bathroom didn't appear to have any heating and was quite cold even though it wasn't winter. Bedroom window does not open, bathroom window opens a small bit.

A short walk from the train station and beside the river, easy to access. The room is on 3rd floor but has an elevator. Very cozy place and has everything you’ll need. Also like the convenience of having a washing machine. It’s walking distance to most of the attractions.

The windows are facing the street with tram and it could be a bit noisy with the tram passing by, I’m aware of it and don’t really mind.

Easy to find using Google maps. Secure underground parking with lift straight into hotel. Near enough centre of Rouen with lovely stroll along the river. Friendly staff & clean room. Would recommend for overnight or short term stay in Rouen.

No kettle or hot drink facility in room but not really a problem

Very friendly staff, nice room with good bed, breakfast was good as well.

We did not book the parking for our car so when we arrived the Ibis parking was full.This cane very unexpected.We finally parked at the public parking at the La Fabrik area near the river and only paid 13 euros for a night.The car did feel less protected with all our camping stuff inside.

We were travelling by bicycle and were able to store our bikes safely in the underground garage. The hotel is close to the waterfront and many restaurants, but a little way from the city centre.
