Garage is under the hotel at a surcharge but easy accessible and off the main road or public parking so worth it.

The pillows are horrendous, and the bedlinnen with a lot of polyester which makes you sweaty...

The table and window were not clean. The floor was not well washed either. Upon arrival, there was an almost finished roll of paper with a torn edge hanging in the toilet Not all staff understood English well and were not very friendly (not all)

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located, so we had a comfortable walk to the historical centre every day. Our family room for three was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't fancy or overly plentiful, but it was very adequate for a good morning meal. The staff did their best to accommodate our requests and answer our questions, even though their English was limited. We felt welcome and recommend this hotel for those who want to have a good value for their money without sacrificing comfort. The underground garage parking was an excellent feature; we didn't have to worry about the safety of our rental car.

These are really minor issues that didn't spoil our experience in the least. Even though we booked the room for three people, only two sets of towels were provided. But the staff immediately issued us the third set when asked. There were only a few drops of liquid hand soap in the bathroom; it finished very quickly and wasn't replenished. Our door-opening cards didn't work after each cleaning, so we had to ask the staff to give us new ones every day.

Underground parking. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent buffet style with hot and cold choices. Access to trams to cathedral, and old Town was excellent.

Access to trunk road system highly disrupted by major roadworks with many unexpected road closures and diversions that were not well signed.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, The underground car garage was good, next to the hotel entrance. The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked to hotel, it is price performance hotel. You can walk to the city center in 20-25 minutes. The neighbour was good.

The location is 10-15 minutes from the center. There is a paid parking lot. Breakfast is good. The rooms are clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.

I love the price and the staff at this very nice hotel. Although the rooms were small, they were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

Bed only had 1 pillow each , when i asked for extra i was told they had no extra's , who only has 1 pillow i ask ,?

Strange smell in hotel lobby and slightly in my room. Lack of shower cap.

The room was compact but comfortable, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the shower was great! The breakfast was ok, if you're looking for a cooked breakfast you're in the wrong place, the bacon and eggs looked utterly disgusting! But the continental breakfast (bread, pastries and preserves) was lovely.The hotels location was excellent for getting around the city with easy access to the trams, be careful around the local area near the shopping centre, we were nearly pickpocketed.The best thing about Rouen, the trams are free on Saturdays!

It was not clear when booking that the onsite parking could not accommodate a vehicle of 2 meters in height. We were not happy to park it in the street due to the amount of personal items we were carrying. So had to find alternative accomodation. This caused us to lose our money as the booking was not free to cancel. Not happy about the poor information on the parking.!!!!!

Very dark room. You can tell it needs refreshing in terms of decoration (floors)

The location was great and the rooms were very clean. The rooms are also well insulated against noise so are very quiet.

The decor/interior could do with a spruce up to make it feel newer and more modern. It feels quite old and cheap inside but then again, it was cheap so can’t complain too much about that. The breakfast was also very basic and simple.

The breakfast was good except for the scrambled eggs ( it was powered eggs ) it was like a blob in the bowl very unappetizing

The room and secure parking were awesome. We asked the desk lady several questions and she was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions and even added suggestions which was awesome.
