B&B HOTEL Rouen Centre Rive Droite

Location

The room had no a/c , it was like a 1 star dirty hotel room and when I complained to the front desk they moved me to a room in the 4 th floor and it was a excellent room , so of 3 rooms I book one was good only because I protested

I stayed here in August with my dog Archie on the way back to the UK from SW France, ideal location close to the motorway. staff were amazing comfortable bed and close enough to explore the lovely Rouen. good value and parking right outside.

The location is very convenient. 20mn walking distance from the cathedral. We managed to get our rooms at 11 instead of 14 which was great.Complementary coffee in the lobby which was nice.

The room code was really long and not practical. It could be 4 numbers

Clean and good location making it easily walkable to old town.

Elevators were broken but they compensated us with free parking which was appreciated.

Easy to find, very helpful and friendly staff, good location, available parking, good breakfast

Location is walking distance from historical center, good parking, good reception - fast checkin, very good bed, good hot shower, AC is quiet.

Based on own experience and available reviews - the lift is broken pretty much every day (we had neighbours stuck in for about an hour)…, so this is an obvious problem for upper floors. Strangely missing small face towels - only large bath towels available. Breakfast is very average - especially the scramble - not sure what it is made of…

Clean, quiet and calm location, just by the Seine, a supermarket nearby, helpful and friendly staff. Location was alright, not the most ideal for walking from the station but not too bad. Bus stops nearby though and on Saturdays, public transport is free which was great for getting back to the station :) Good value for money overall!

Parking was great with easy access. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice. The staff was very friendly.

A kettle and bottled water would be nice to have. The smell in the common area hall was a bit unpleasant.

Great location. Within walking distance of river walk & old town. Spacious, secure parking on site for reasonable rate. Room & common areas very clean. Comfortable bed. Plenty of space in room. Breakfast very good with cold & hot options available.

Clean and comfortable. Nice staff

The breakfast was excellent. The check-in and checheck-out was fast, the staff was politikai and professional.

The aircondition was noisy in night.

Location was great. Parking area is good and affordable. Staff was nice and allowed us to leave our car in parking area after check-out. Room is okay and enough for couple night stay. The only bad thing that the room was not really clean, especially the bathroom. We were staying only one night, so we can handle. But the cleaning needs to be improved.

the staff was very friendly! a big plus. The location was central so a good starting point. Easy and good parking in front of the hotel. Free coffee and tea in the lobby.

the room floor was very very dirty. Hard to notice because of the 'dirty' print of the flooring itself. It simply had not been cleaned with any liquid in a long time. sticky all over. Dirty. Small room. Very simple equipment. Experience was below what I had expected for this price.

It was near the centre

It would be nice and helpful a fridge in the room. The same breakfast everyday and poor.

A great budget option. No frills, spotlessly clean room that was on the small side and had everything we needed. Great for our dog. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, for such a reasonably priced hotel, it was very good value.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, nice staff, good position from the center, good value for money. Decent breakfast.

The shower head is positioned in a way that you cannot hang it on the wall and take the shower because the water will basically hit the wall and there is no way on regulating the orientation. Very odd. Also, the hotel allows pets which is nice as long as there are also rules about it. There was a dog barking for hours due to a very impolite guest. Breakfast would benefit from some vegetables.

Easy to find & park. Basic hotel but good value for money, friendly staff.

Stayed here for the night on our journey back to England from Spain. Great location. 10 mins from the motorway. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. The rooms was extremely comfortable and well equipped. We were pleased to have a secure car park.

Great secure parking , perfect walking distance to old town. Got all the necessities perfect. Real good value for money. Comfy beds although pillows a bit too full/firm
