Radisson Blu Hotel, Rouen Centre

Property is very nicely located central to the attractions parking was easy and nice. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

Room size, locations, parking & helpful staff

Whilst rooms are dog friendly, it was disappointing that restaurant& bar were not.

Location is very nice, staff is very friendly and restaurant is excellent. Possibility to charge an electric car in the garage.

They gym and wellness area are a joke. The gym has literally 3 devices in it and is very small. The wellness area feels like an aftertought, is also very small, and has no privacy from the mini-gym.

Great rooms, staff and bar

Car park is seriously tight for an estate car and no off road parking available

Close to train station, central location, staff very friendly and helpful

staff was congenial and helpful, restaurant demonstrated advanced culinary skills reasonable prices, and great service

Location was perfect! It was clean, comfortable.

Perfect location to visit Rouen and not far if you want to visit Paris for the day by train. The staff were excellent. The room spacious and clean. Whilst parking is available, it shouldn't be at an extra cost.

The cold buffet style breakfast was very good, but the cooked elements were not great. The sausages were very poor quality, rubbery in texture and I was really not sure what sort they were or what I was eating. Bacon was similar. Also, I really didn't like the idea of being charged extra for parking my car... when did this become the norm for extra cash?

The hotel is well placed well cared for and usually offers good reliable evening meals.

Discovering that the restaurant does not serve on Sunday evening and when the same applies across much of the city at this time just after Christmas we were then left with the option of bar snacks or the limited options of room service which proved to be a poor option on this occasion.

Lovely clean bright hotel and friendly staff.

We didn’t enjoy the Club sandwiches we did let the waiter know they tasted strange like curry .E

Great location, near train station. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Staff were very responsive. We left an item at the hotel and it taken cared if very well. we were able to get it back with their help. Even if it was just a small pillow, it holds special value for my daughter and I fully appreciate how they helped us with it. Highly recommended and will make sure to go back.

Did not try their breakfast because price a bit high but maybe it is because food choices are very good.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room.Super comfortable bed.Close to the train station and a small walk over to all the historical sites.

Nothing, it was great.

A very modern and immaculately clean hotel, featuring exceptionally large and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly, professional, and highly attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Super convenient location, just next to the Rouen train station. We stayed here for one night and it was perfect for a 2 day trip. All main Rouen touristic attractions are just few steps away. The staff was very helpful, they spoke English perfectly; the room itself was large and clean with a nice view on the Jean D'Arc Tower.

Nothin really. Great hotel for its price.

Location was great, staff was incredibly helpful, very clean, restaurant and service was exceptional.

There was nothing we didn't like

Great location, dog friendly, lovely clean hotel , nice breakfast , great staff.

•Very convenient location.•Spacious and comfortable rooms.•Extremely delicious and varied breakfast options.

A slightly unpleasant smell coming from the shower area.

The phone wasn’t plugged in the first place, and even after it was plugged, it wasn’t working. I had to go downstairs to tell staff and even with that, he wasn’t able to make it work. The bed was turned down but no comforter.

Great location

Booked for 3 people but only tea/coffee and cups for 2!
