Underground parking was very tricky and wasn't able.to park for two days. Lack of in room facilities - towel holders, fridge/mini bar (we have a baby), glassware.

From the lobby area to the room decor, I think the star rating-price balance is very uneven. The indoor pools are really incredibly small, and I think they get seriously dirty within an hour or two of opening. I also think the quality of the materials used in the rooms is low for its class.

The restaurant was superb, lovely staff and fab food, plenty of it too. Dinner was a lovely experience and breakfast was great too. Nothing seemed too much effort for the lovely lady who looked after us.

Car parking, very, very narrow one way down a steep entrance which is also the exit so a car was coming out as we tried to get in. Very expensive and very difficult to find. The room was super hot and the air conditioning unit wasn't working and this was not on, not at that price. I chose this place because of the air con promised. It took ages to get fixed and then the temperature didn't go below 22.5 for hours, far too hot for me as I suffer from hot flashes.

Beautiful building and we had a nice large corner room.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool but it was closed for the whole of our stay. Free small issues with the room (sink didn’t have a working plug so impossible to wash and shave, heating didn’t blow warm air out even on highest setting so nights were very cold, all the hand soap and shower gels had run out).

The hotel was amazing. Great quality. Pool was wonderful. Great furnishings.staff so friendly and helpful.

The staff were polite, helpful and professional. The breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed a dip in the pool. We appreciated the hotel's promotion of green issues.

A minor disappointment was that there was only one chair in our double room.

Breakfast is good but a little bit basic and just available until 09:30. The swimming pool water was cold at least in the afternoon

The staff was so nice and very willing to help. The rooms were large, convenient to all the historic locations, and newly updated. We were very pleased with our stay.

I have nothing bad to say.

The bed was sooo comfy. Also used the gym and pool which are both small but very clean. Check in was smooth and all staff were friendly. A great stay - we might come again if we are ever in Rouen.

A bit expensive for us. We went to the gym in our gym clothes. Got changed into swimming costumes in the loo. Then had to put gym clothes back on to go back to hotel room. Noticed some people had hotel robes which would have been useful - suspect we didn't pay enough?...

The hotel was in a perfect situation to explore Rouen. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious.Breakfast had a wide range of different dishes and couldn’t be faulted.Evening meal had lovely helpful servers and a great selection of food.

Professional helpful staff all of whom spoke exceptional English. Great location and our up graded room was very comfortable. Nice breakfast with sufficient choice for everyone.

My wife thought that the heating in the room wasn't responsive to the thermostat. The scrambled egg at breakfast although delicious was cold.

Floor 1 could only be accessed via the lift & view of courtyard extremely limited .

We had a lovley stay in Rouen. The hotel was centrally located, walkable and close to everything. Our room was a great size. We’d defiantly stay here again.

Only down side is the pool isn't that warm, it's more for swimming in than relaxing.
