ibis Le Havre Centre

Good location to train and ferry and budget price.

Not much around the neighborhood, but still an easy walk to restaurants.

Although the room was basic, it was comfortable. Our room was near the lift. The food served in the restaurant for dinner was delicious as was the breakfast. Staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.

We arrived after dark by train and couldn't find a taxi. Had to haul our luggage to hotel.

Almost nothing

location, great breakfast

slow wifi

Nothing!

The room they assigned to us was so hot as the air conditioning did not work upon checking in. We complained & waited patiently but they did nothing to fix it nor switch us to another room our entire stay except telling us to open the window where we were bitten by mosquitoes. It was a hell hole for the price we paid! Stay away from this Ibis hotel!

Clean. Price was right

Very small room for 2 guys

- Center of city. Restaurant and morning breakfast

- Parking entry was difficult to find

good breakfast, friendly staff

dirty old room, insects in the room. Really old and requires renovation

"Very nice and comfortable room! It’s spacious, clean, and very cozy. You really feel like you're in a fresh, new environment. The staff was friendly, and everything was in perfect order. Definitely recommend it!"

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the place. Definitely recommend it!"

Great location as we just arrived from the Uk via ferry and also closed to city centre.Good breakfast.

We appreciated the option to have breakfast outside. However, we were very surprised that smoking was allowed in that area. Since the doors are left wide open, the smoke drifts inside and affects the indoor dining space as well.

Staff was great. Breakfast was terrific.

So hard to find parking for our rental car. Drove in circles for blocks until we found a spot. - A/C didn't work in room.

Nice and comfy hotel close to the city and motorway. Good and secure underground parking. Room was clean and have separate toilet and bathroom which was handy for the people who are traveling with family. Big screen tv but only one english news channel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had breakfast around 8.30-9.00, seems good variety but when we arrived almost all meat was gone only little bit of eggs and cheese left. Was not refilled before we had to leave.

Lovely room with air con. Staff very helpful. Restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast

As close to the ferry port as you can get. Well-placed for a walk in the town centre too. The facilities are new; the staff firendly. Nothing else to wish for on a short stay in Le Havre.

The room and secure parking met our needs. The restaurant was good. Staff was polite and helpful.

Good location

There was some foot smell hanging in the room the whole time, not sure what the source was. No coffee/ tea/ water heater in the room. Shower cabin was also a bit worn down.

Good Location, well maintained facilities, and friendly staffs. Breakfast was very good also.

Comfortable bed and good selection of food and good access.

Quilt very hot

Overall, our experience was positive. The room was a bit on the small side, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good, with plenty of variety. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the city centre, making it a convenient base for exploring the town.

The hallways could definitely benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some decoration, but aside from that, everything else was just fine.

I liked that the location was within walking distance of the ferry terminal. The restaurant served very good food. The room was comfortable.

The staff were not too friendly because my French is poor. I saw them pulling a face of hilarity at each other behind my back. Everywhere else I visited on this trip, people seemed to be pleased that I was at least trying to speak their beautiful language.
