I like the receptionist, very polite woman, I like the way she received us in early check in.

No tea making facilities available after a certain time. When you arrive late at night you need a drink.Toilet seemed blocked. The water rose to the top of the bowl when you flush.

Location and breakfast.
The Hotel badly needs a renovation, from the beds to the windows and showers. The Hotel, as it is, should not be part of "Ibis Style" brand.
Location is great and when we had to arrive late to the hotel, staff answered all our questions and was very friendly all times who cared much to bring us mobile AC when heatwaves happened.
The room is a bit of a struggle to circulate in, no storage for our stuff or clothes. it was a little noisy when we had to work remotely for one day.
