Check in easy, was just a stop over for one night so met our needs

The personal was very friendly and the handling was easy sind perfect.

The floor was a bit sticky and the shower drain was almost completely clogged with hair.

Parking is available directly in front of the hotel. The hotel features both a restaurant and a bar, making it very convenient.

The bathroom is too small, and the door does not close properly.

Amazing little hotel with perfect amenities. Right by the station and transport to the center. Very kind and welcoming hosts. Restaurant on site. Terrasse for breakfast. Great beds, spaces and price. A beautiful surprise in Le Havre despite being a local myself and knowing the town inside out. Highly recommended. Let us give our dollars to this beautiful little business and owners.

Very close to the train station and tram stop. Breakfast was just fine for me. Nice receptionist too. Convenient rate, despite this was a last minute booking.

Small room, but you couldn't ask for more if planning a short stay. I was looking for a decent accommodation near the train station and this hotel fulfilled my needs perfectly.

Location is strategic, 2mins away from train station and very easy to find.Staff was extremely courteous and professional. Room was perfect for me, excellent quality/price ratio. Soundproof all night, had no troubles for sleeping. Dinner was nice, with real intriguing dishes served promptly without delays. Breakfast was super-excellent,either hot & cold treats... and that croissants smell wafting up the stars.... Nickel!!!

The staff was very nice, and helpful. Room small but comfortable. The heating was working well. The breakfast was good. Great location near the train station.

Smell from the bathroom at some times, and the fact that there is no sound isolation between bathroom and the room. And since it is very small, you are practically entering the bathroom from the bed.

Wonderful stay. A big thanks to the staff: all of them, including the cleaning lady (sorry I don't know her name) who was, like the others, eager to be of help.Everything was perfect: good sized, ensuite room, good breakfast, comfortable chairs, ideal location, very friendly and staff who were eager to please AND the most comfortable bed I have slept in in a hotel for a ling time.

The location is very close to the train station and to a bus station too. The breakfast area is neat and tidy.

The coffee machine at breakfast was not working well

The bed was comfy. The staff were friendly.

There was no hot water and fan was really dirty. We arrived late and had to leave early, so we didn’t have time to ask about it.

Room was spacious, we ate dinner downstairs in hotel restaurant which was superb.

The worst staff and service in the world!

Do not book from booking.com! Probably the most rude and unpleasant staff in the universe. Extremely bad experience, claiming "we don't provide service, read messages and we don't want to answer over the phone for visitors from booking.com". When I came physically they said it's too late, I should have come physically before my travel to discuss! Ridiculous! They should be banned from this platform.

WiFi not safe and unstable with low throuput

I had a really lovely experience there . The location is perfect – just steps away from the train station, which made it very easy to arrive and explore the city. It’s also close to shops, cafés, and other useful places.The staff were amazing – very kind, welcoming, and professional. They made the check-in process quick and smooth and were always available if I had any questions.The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the nice touches in the room’s design.One of the highlights was the hotel restaurant. I had dinner there and the food was fantastic – fresh, tasty, and beautifully served. The service at the restaurant was just as good as the front desk.Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely come back if I visit Le Havre again.

NO AIRCO!!!It was sooo hot in the rooms in July, after a second sleepless night I finally got a second ventilator (first one was directed to the double bed, where the single bed could not be reached).Sooo many mosquito’s but no mosquito nets. Clean, small rooms, dodgy elevator, pricey breakfast but not crazy good.Overall expensive, not according to comfort/quality, we expected more, and wish we did not book for 4 nights.

Lack of Airconditioning, mosquito nets, working wifi, thick pillow, small window without curtain (I used a t-shirt to blacken it out).
