Best Western Plus Le Havre Centre Gare

Close to the port, the price and the staff was nice

Everything was fine

Location

Room was very small by American standards but clean and useful

We took the train from Paris to Le Havre and the hotel was just across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The neighborhood was a little off.

Room was clean, but needs updating and a cleaner carpet and chairs. Noone wants to see stains.

The area is horrible and there is no parking. I am ex LEO in the US and watched an attempt car theft behind the hotel building.

Good size room, nice front desk.

Coffee machine didn't work. Toilet leaking made constant noise.

Very well located just in front the train station, making it an easy way to explore towns around as Rouen Honfleur and Etretat. And the tram is also there. Mr Francois and his team are exceptional and they go out of their way to accomodate or help. Thank you to all !

The outside look is deceiving and a bench or small table to make it more cozy

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Huge underground parking in 3 minutes by foot.

Everything around the hotel was smelly, dirty and full of illegal immigrants. First room which we received was very stinky so we were given another one (kudos to the receptionist who managed all this in 5 minutes). Breakfast was very poor, no fruits/vegetables. Rooms were not sound-proofed so we heard all our neighbours.

We stayed 2 nights: Sept.21 and Sept 23, before and after a family get-together in a countryside location. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable room and bed. Good breakfast. And very convenient in front of the train station.

all fine

Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and good sized room. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable! Water and coffee replenished daily. Across from station and surrounded by cafes, shops, and markets.

A mini fridge in the room would be nice!

The location was great being just in front of Le Havre train station. The staff were all friendly and polite.

The shower pressure wasn’t great and the breakfast items I found limiting. As a vegetarian, there is little choice other than fruit salad and pastries. We waited in the lounge/bar area for service of drinks for around 15 minutes and no one came.

Good for a quick night stay but it is a half hour walk to the port and parking isn’t with the hotel, it’s first come first serve on the street so spots are guaranteed and it’s timed so from 6pm to 9am it’s free. It made us get up and out earlier but defo a pit stop kind of stay. The room and the hotel was super clean and comfortable!!

Same as above

Very Clean. Placed in the city.

No parking at all. Two different visa cards were not accepted, AIB bank and Revolut. Had to go literally outside to an ATM and get cash. Queen bedroom extremely small, half meter around the bed was all the space. Could use a fridge in the room.

Friendly welcome. Room was clean (apart from stained carpet) and the bed was comfortable.

There is no car park at the hotel. Street parking or paid public car park about 5 minutes away. The bathroom had a wobbly floor tile in front of the sink. Light above the sink had only one functioning bulb.

it is near to the central station and all the shops

very small room. service can be improved.

Super clean. Modern. Professional staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff on desk , we could store our cases.Very handy to train station

Central position, room very comfortable, clean,

Excellent accommodation with a friendly, efficient staff. Very clean and a good breakfast.

There was nothing not to like

Near the train station, so easy when traveling for work. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable, with all the things needed.

The room was very small you could not even move normally.

Room was very comfortable and cosy. I liked the modern feel to it and small touches: coffee and coffee maker in room, bathroom supply and several pillows with different sizes and hights to pick from depending on preference.

Breakfast was a bit poor considering the price (16€). Disappointing choice in healthy and fresh products: just a small limted cheese variaty and zero fruit or veggies (usual cucumber, tomato ...). Abundant however in sweet ultra processed products (HUGE jam variety, Nutella, crêpes, pain au chocolat, honey, processes cereal, bacon ...). Not ideal for people who avoid sugar and want a healthier breakfast.
