Clean sheets, nice bathroom.

Just hat I noticed black mold in the shower vent. And I was trying to recover from mold sickness so it didn?t really help

Breakfast was good.

The electric car charging points were not working. Had to leave the car out at night to recharge it.

We love the location of the Hotel. Breakfast was simple, with many great options to choose. We did late check in, and front desk staff recommended where to park for free.

I am an IHG member, I initially booked this hotel because it was a Holiday Inn Express. It is now a B&B Hotel. I did not receive my benefits, as initially promised. We are a family of 4, and were given 2 connecting rooms, but the connecting door did not open to the connecting room, so I had to sleep with one of my kids.

Nothing to be highlighted

The staff allowed early check in. The room was quite big. The place was very clean. The quality of the breakfast was very good. There is a tram station two minutes away from the hotel and the railway station is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We took the tram to visit the city centre and sea beach. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They also allowed late departure. We were very happy with the location, hotel facility and services.

Great French breakfast included, with quality bread and cheeses from Normandy. Very enjoyable.

There was no-one in the front reception when we arrived and we had to wait a little while for someone to appear. It was late evening and we we wondering whether we had come to the right place.

The price is reasonable, and the rooms are clean. The location is super convenient, close to the train station and tram stops. The breakfast is delicious, and both the day and night shift staff are friendly and quick to help with any issues I had.

The receptionist Mariette, I think that this is how she spells her name, was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, accommodating, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The location was absolutely perfect for where we needed to get to and from. The train station was in walking distance. The hotel was nice and quiet and the breakfast was really good and more than sufficient. Again, a fabulous experience at a Holiday Inn Express, and such value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

The walls were really thin, we could hear all the noises from the adjoining rooms.

Disappointing

Small bedroom, breakfast choices were limited, breakfast room small and crowded

Staff were all very good, friendly, efficient, willing to help. Elevator was non operating and the desk clerk offered to carry out bags up. Also suggested that the tramway that runs in front of the hotel is the quickest way to the beach. Private parking facility plus breakfast! Great value.

The room was clean, a decent size, a comfortable large bed and kettle. Very good selection at breakfast, replenished regularly. Staff were lovely. Good to have opportunity for locked car park. 8€. Book ahead.

Nightmare to find the garage parking. Coast the hotel and then a series of right turns to bring you in behind it. They send you the address - you need a phone or sat nav to find it! No bottled water in the room. But the worst bit, lifting the lid and having poo still in the toilet!!!!! Not great!!!!
