Excellent location in the town centre in one of the Perret designed streets/buildings. Room was well-maintained, clean and well equipped. Lots of sockets including 2 x USB A and 2 x USB C. Also a kettle with tea/coffee was in the room. Bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.Good selection of items at breakfast.The hotel represents super value for money.Just be aware that there's quite a bit of traffic noise if you are in a room facing the street. It didn't disturb me as I always bring ear plugs.

I wanted to drop off a bag a couple of hours before check-in time but the hotel reception was closed.

4th floor with all my camera equipment and no lift. The room was cold and the breakfast was very poor.

Very convenient location for sightseeing and restaurants. Parking (payable by meter) very close. Modern, small but well equipped room. Excellent breakfast with good quality ingredients including fresh fruit. Very helpful staff.

Well, you got a room.

No parking. I mean, it exists, but it was occupied, so park somewhere else — that’s your problem.No breakfast. I mean, it kind of exists, but what’s on the plate is inedible, and there’s nothing else.The towels, judging by their yellow color and the smell of cheap softener, are washed somewhere on site, which is awful in terms of hygiene.A nervous and rude receptionist who considers it normal not to provide paid services.

I had a great stay at Hotel Richelieu. The staff were very welcoming and the bedroom was spacious, had a comfortable bed with good cleanliness. I had a good breakfast there and the scrambled eggs were delicious! It’s a great location and was easily walkable from the main attractions. I enjoyed my time in Le Havre.

Renovated and clean. Very close to the harbor and good restaurant (as Restaurant Les Enfants Sages).

The hotel is quite modest and not exactly as shown in the photos, but I liked the smart, compact layout. The room has everything you need.

A bit noisy during the night, since had to keep the balcony door open, because there was no air-con.

the room was nicely renovated,cute thoughtfull decoration,really clean.i loved the bathroom with a window.the only problem was the lack of the lift.we had light baggage so no problem.if you have big suitcase its not for you.
