Hotel Mercure Le Havre Centre Bassin du Commerce

Location is great. Breakfast was very good. Stay very gentle

Door of the bathroom was broken. Shower almost overflew because water was going away very slowly. Bed was making a bit of noise.

Good staff but over priced

The walls smelled damp

The hotel is very clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was very good and the dinner too.

Close to the city and nice nice room

Personeel under stuffed.

The staff was super attentive and kind. They spoke different languages, making me and my family even more comfortable reaching out. Breakfast options were great and with gluten free options.

The parking access is difficult as we had to leave the building and carrying the luggage in and out was a challenge.

kind and nice staff, available to satisfy any request I greatly appreciated the initiative 'no clean the room and money goes to the initiative for pediatric cardio surgery' nice position, the centre reachable by foot in 5min, train station by foot in 10min

red is the predominant color in the room, I would have preferred a more relaxing colour (blue, green)

Having travelled internationlly and stayed at Mercure hotels previously, I was surprised that the room was small and that the rooms need rennovation,

Rooms were small, and tired in appearance.

It is a perfect hotel for staying, very helpful reception, very clean and comfortable room.

from street side it was too much noise, I cannot sleep with open window

The room was big and spacious. The first room had a nice view.

The first room we were offered had no air conditioning. We had to change our room. The second one had air conditioning. So we left to go for supper and whe we came back, air conditioning was off again. We had to beg them to put it back on. Terrible hairdryer for room 417.

Location

Noisy children in Bar/reception with football and pool tables encouraging it

Very good

Air-conditioning can be improved. Hot weather, air-conditioning was not cool enough.

Good location good facilities nice views nice big rooms.

Reception at the end of the bar, all a bit scruffy and the air con is like being breathed on by an asthmatic mouse.

Had all the facilities and was easy to park.

A bit scruffy and reminded me of a kids youth club.

We had an Upgrade Good locationPrivate Parking

Great location for the ferry .

Nothing .

FRENCH BREAKFAST WAS SO SO

We did not have breakfast

The restaurant was not as roomy as we would like. It was not bad!!! It was only a little less roomy.

Location great

Car park was a bit disorganised.

Location

More vegetarian options in Breakfast should be there

Very clean

Reception always full
