Comfortable bed.Not too far to bars and restaurants.Good breakfast.Good value.

The rooms were clean, cotton bedding, shower, and toilet clean.

Rooms far too small. Twin room with very narrow beds, definitely not your standard single width, more like a caravan type bed. Very basic room. Bathroom, again tiny, small towel each, no hand towel. I would say the rooms are hostel standard, no better. We didn't have breakfast, so I can not comment. We just wanted to leave. There's a lovely Boulangerie across the road on the retail park, which opens at 6.30 am. Great choice, and they serve hot drinks, eat in or takeaway. There is a carpark, but it is not secure. Anyone can access it. Itin summary, it's OK if you're on a budget, but it's depressing, unappealing, and not someone we would stay again.

Easy to park, reception staff are lovely, rooms clean and tidy and beds comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Would love a kettle in the bedroom. Limited table space in the bedroom.

Lady on reception was super friendly, very helpful, and kind to our dogs. Room was tidy, warm, and comfortable.We were given a glass of wine and some cake on arrival.

Was hard to find as there had been an electricty outage and the front of the building was in total darkness.

Booked at the last minute. On arrival was given a choice of first or ground floor room. Friendly pleasant welcoming staff. Room clean & warm with plenty of hot water. Microwave available for use to heat or cook food.Situated in a shopping area but quiet. Parking at front of the hotel. Ideal overnight stop a short distance from A71 motorway. Would use again.

not a criticism but no check in before 1700hrs. as no staff present until then.

Plenty of nuts cereals bacon eggs fresh bread yogurts just about every thing you need for a great breakfast

Cramped room.

The room was adequate and clean.

The pillows were useless small and soft. The breakfast was terrible, undercooked bacon practically raw and inedible. No toast and the available bread was hard and dry. Coffee machine seemed to get confused, cappuccino ended up latte with chocolate

Nice clean hotel good value and close to town and supermarket near if needed..

Maybe two pillows each not one made the sleeping flat !

The hotel staff were lovely, spoke some English and forgave us our poor French. The room was clean and bed quite comfortable, we were provided with a good choice of buffet breakfast in the morning. Parking was very convenient at the hotel and free.

We didn't see a lift to the upper floor but there may have been disabled facilities. The location was 20 minutes walk to restaurants and bars in the city centre.

The AC was not strong enough to cool down the room. We went in a very hot day and we couldn't sleep.The room is quite small.

Zink only gave hot water of even hotter, pillows needs changing, they were yellow, didn’t sleep on them?

Quick check-in via upfront received code. Free parking space in front of the hotel. Good location for visiting Montlucon either by car or by bike (little bit too far for a walk). Clean room. Decent self-service breakfast for this price. Friendly reception folks.Ideal for a short stay.

The air-conditioning was not up to the task cooling down the room during the hot season (very hot day - 39 C) which actually gave us a bad night. A bit noisy as well.

That's an usefull hotel. Very near to the Cimexpo. Dogs welcome. Rooms very clean , Excellent bed. Near to the Center too. We was satisfied.
