It's located right by the railway station, the bed was good, and it was clean

Kind of a strange decoration, more suited for a children's room. The only bad part of the day was the nonexistent and bad advice given to me by the front desk when I was looking for a place to eat, they sent me to somewhere on the main street, which was noisy and was almost out of food when there was a nice old town located 10 minutes away from the hotel with many open restaurants which they never mentioned. I only had one day in the town so that was my one dining experience. Oh well, there's not much choice anyway of hotels in this ghost town.

The rooms are big and colourful and very quiet. Huge bathroom with bath and great shower. Nice comfy bed, great linen. Reception staff lovely. Nice breakfast, plenty of choice. Very central for shopping. Great that they accept dogs. Loved the decor!

No English channels on TV despite card in room indicating that there were. But not really an issue. Many other French and German channels.

We tried 2 hairdryers & neither of them worked, so I had dinner with wet hair.

The person on reception was very helpful, good recommendations for food locally and parking guidance... The room itself was as expected for a relatively budget hotel.

The room had a bit of a strange smell/odour to it - we couldn't quite work out what, maybe a sort of weird musty kind of smell like an incense burner

The decoration is unusual, with wall painting that maybe not everybody will like.

Proximity to city center, restaurants and shops. Decoration in rooms was grroovy and oruginal. Very quiet. Lots of street parking in front. Copioys breakfast buffet.

Was worried that we would get a crazy cartoony graffiti room, but I was pleasantly surprised with a very cool Keith Haring similar black and white mural (sorry I can’t remember the artist’s name).

as ever, very beautiful room with extra comfy beds and the best continental breakfast of the city.

the guy that did smoke in his bathroom at 5AM, making the fire alarm ring and forcing us to get out in pjs with our prices possessions and the fear for our life

This hotel was a lucky find. Far exceeded expectations. Staff could not have been more helpful, tasteful decor, excellent location. Garage parking upon request. Would definitely recommend staying there if visiting Montlucon.

Lovely breakfast, great staff well placed to see the old city

Excellent value for well located hotel with a good sized bedroom and bathroom. Staff very friendly; the bed was comfortable and very clean. We didn't have breakfast but the brasserie at the gare next door does amazing coffee

Bit of a musty smell - nothing horrendous thoughSecure parking - because there is a key then it's a bit of a pain on leaving as the exit of car park is a bit of a way round one way system back to the hotel - you have to go back to the hotel to drop off the key

Very comfortable, nice decor good location with street parking close by as well as a number of spaces in hotel itself. Short walk to town centre
