Quiet! Good size rooms

Very nice, modern hotel. Tea making facilities in the room. Comfortable bed. Great shower! Parking outside the entrance. Helpful staff. Restaurant.

Nothing not to like for this price, it's not very cheap but it feels much better than a budget hotel. It's in a spread out industrial area and not near the centre of Chartres so you would need to drive into the centre but for an overnight stopover it's fine.

Comfortable and clean room and en suite. Lovely bed! Tea/coffee making facilities but only a paper cup each! Too hot to handle, until they'd cooled down.

The excellent restaurant was closed!

Room was clean and Tesla charges available.

Hotel renovations in progress so quite a lot of noise. No vegan options on the menu.

Helpful friendly staff. Excellent dinner.

No option for a thinner duvet. As the hotel is heated a thick winter duvet is way too much. Thinner ones and blankets would be much better.The scrambled eggs at breakfast had run out at about 8.50 and I was told there was no more available.

Particularly liked the young man on reception who was excellent at his job. Restaurant welcoming, comfortable with good food.

Outdoor have done with the opportunity to buy snacks in between restaurant opening times.

Great location near the main road, free parking, pet friendly, big room, great staff!

That it is happy to have dogs stay. Restaurant good with prompt service. Good car park.

Getting a bit tatty in places

Had everything for a few nights. Main goal was the swimming pool odesy close by the hotel

The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable. The location was ideal for us.

On our road trip we stayed in a few hotels. Most of them had facilities to make a hot drink in the room though all only gave one tea bag. This hotel was no different. When ever we can we prefer to take the stairs opposed to the lift, for there same reason we don’t look to park as close as we can to the entrance door, we like to keep our limbs moving. The stairs at this hotel we’re not so inviting as they rest of the Hotel, rough concrete to walk on, At the bottom it was confusing with a number of doors to choose from, my first choice was not the door to reception!

Nice rooms much larger than the usual chain hotel boxes. Restaurant good. Very clean and pleasantly decorated. Presumably a recent build. Bank of Tesla superchargers with open access so perfect for ev drivers.

We stayed at KYRIAD for two nights, and the staff were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond our expectations, Alexis gets a special mention. KYRIAD your staff are truly the greatest asset of your hotel. Despite the hotel being extremely busy during our stay, the service was impeccable. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The car park was easy to find, and it's a seven-minute drive from town, the location was convenient. We'd happily stay here again!

One minor annoyance was the shooting range nearby, with constant blasts from 8:30am to 5:30pm, but since we were out most of the day, it wasn’t a big issue. The staff made up for this as stated before.

The room was comfortable. Our meal in the restaurant was ok.Staff were friendly but not able to address our issue with the air conditioning

Air conditioning was turned off because the weather was not hot but the room was hot.Bathroom looked like it needed a refurb.They wanted to charge €15 for breakfast - we opted for €5 breakfast at Carrefour.

we should have checked tthat the restraunt was open other wise we would have gone elsewhere
