Pros +
- En route location for an overnight stay. Staff extremely attentive and kind. Room temperature easy to adjust. Good shower (pressure and temperature), even offered liquid soap which was not expected. Bed was clean and comfortable. Quiet, calm and restoring sleep. Breakfast was excellent. Had a vast assortment of bread, yogurt with cereals, etc. in site parking offered for the security we needed as we left the car fully loaded with our belongings.
- Very reasonably priced There's a very nice fish restaurant next door It was very accessible to the motorway. It was quiet.
- great breakfast good room and clean
Cons -
- Room floor could do with some vacuum. Room is a bit outdated. The fruit served sliced in a bowl at breakfast did not look fresh.
- The light was shining through the blind which was a bit off-putting
- no restaurant

great breakfast good room and clean

Basic but clean. Fine for one night
Mattress on the thin, firm side
Room was pretty basic but was clean and warm. We traveled with dogs and the ground floor room was very helpful. Staff were attentive and friendly. Getting into the grounds of the hotel was a bit tricky but all was fine.
It might be helpful if there was a note on how to access the hotel off the main road. Just a thought.
All nice and clean and comfortable.Good value.
Its was all great for the amount on money payed.
Cost. Always reasonably priced and breakfast good value for money. Next door to the Cree which is a great seafood restaurant so we leave the car in the hotel car park and walk there for dinner. would recommend that if you like seafood.
Strange smell in reception and stairwell. Stair carpet needs replacing as is definitlely looking manky. Apart from that the hotel is fine.
Leaving
The toilet seat fell off when I lifted the lid to go for a pee, there was only one pillow per person, the bed was hard the towels were like thin rags plus the shower was dangerous getting out for an elderly person because of the high ridge .
Good breakfast neat and clean
Close spaces in room and barh
Cheap
Room very small, bathroom was mouldy,
The breakfast was good and nicely presented.A second pillow was given on request. The Candy Bar was a nice touch
An electric socket near the mirror would have been useful The beds were 'creaky'.
Clean rooms, fairly near to city centre. Pleasant welcome from staff.
Bad smell in room, coming from air con.No plug sockets near mirrors!
Nightshift Staff member was great. A fellow motorbiker, he was very accomodating and understood the need for our bikes to be secured. He was very professional and went above and beyond what we needed.Rooms could do with some updating but if all you need is a place to rest your head and at a great price, then this place is for you.Breakfast was great, nice and easy to help yourself.Would recommend this place when driving through for sure.
Nothing particularly positive to say.
Pretty shabby bathroom and I hate plastic shower curtains. Just a plastic stool to sit on.
Clean, bright, modern room and reception area Late check in ( 11pm ) had a staffed reception Lovely soft towels Free plentiful parking
Location hard to find Corridor noise until 11.30pm
Great location for a pit stop to another place. Great value for money.
Walls were very thin, we could hear a baby crying all night.
It was our choice for a brief overnight stay in Chartres on our way home. The location and the staff are good.
I always thought an overnight stay was value for money but the new owners of the chain appear to have increased the prices significantly. I'm not sure if we will rebook because of this.
The Hotel was clean and staff Friendly ample parking .
The hotel when getting there on Sat Nav it sends you to the other Services Opp .The Hotel is starting to look a bit tired needs a revamp .
Easy access on the way south.Good breakfast
Prices have gone up a lot since last year
the breakfast was ok. It was a little out of the way , but that's what you get when saving money
The bed was uncomfortable!
