Pros +
- The location was a little tricky to find but there was ample parking and the room was as expected for a travel hotel. The room had all the necessary equipment but, as always, the shower was rather cramped.
- Room small but comfortable and clean
- Good clean room ideal location close to A75
Cons -
- Only the shower size
- Room was small for 2 people and a dog & bad sound leakage from other guests’ rooms (TVs on loud, all night).
- The room was a little dirty, the shower was very small. We had a water leak on the bathroom floor and had to call the manager who came with a colleague who checked, and the leak was from the toilet .

We were just passing through so it was conveniently placed close to motorway but still surprisingly quiet. Dog friendly & we had a ground floor room as requested. Friendly reception.

Not much.

Helpful staff. Good, clean bedroom. Good breakfast for which we paid extra but there was unlimited amounts. Good soundproofing despite proximity to busy road
It would have been impossible to find without our sat-nav.
The price was good for what we got and the location close to the highway was great for accessibility.Breakfast wasn't much, there weren't fifty food choices but there was enough to leave with a full belly. The second room we got was nice and warm, with the heater already on. And we really appreciated the electric kettle because you don't see that in many hotels.
The mattress was terrible. It felt like I was sleeping on the wooden board underneath..The first room we were given had a double bed despite the hotel confirming my request for two singles. When we returned to the reception, we were able to switch to a room with two single beds. There were little things that made it obvious the room needs to be redone. I'm not gonna list them because I don't want to give the impression our stay was that bad. It was okay.
The breakfast was good, .
but the personal didn't let us change the dates of our stay, due to a cancellation of our flight to France.
Warm shower (Small) warm room and all you need for price
Shower was small. No cups to make coffee in room.
Nice, clean friendly hotel, good parking, easy to find, accepted pets.
Staff ok
Hotel thread bear, looking very old, sink in room leaking, leaving water over the shower room floor.
Not much left for breakfast at 9amGood dinner
Beds different heightsShower very small
easy to find, good breakfast,
it was ok for the money
Cancelled breakfast it was terrible nothing like the photo on booking com would not give the money back
Just the breakfast
The rooms are very small the shower was so small you would have great difficulty getting in if you are over 8 stone. No heating in room plus rest of hotel no lights going up the stairs to first floor. I would not recommend this place.
Bad
They should renovate this place or use it as a shelter for homeless people. It’s absolutely shit, noisy, nasty, bad beds everything is broken and old.
The reception staff were very nice, I borrowed a hairdryer which was readily provided at reception. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room is basic but then for £53 inc breakfast it's good value. The room has a kettle and a couple of coffee sachets plus a TV. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The breakfast was nice, quite a bit of choice and regularly refilled.
The bathroom was tired. The mirror glass was beginning to go, the loo seat a bit loose and the shower cubicle is really small even though we are not big people. However it was really clean and functional. Breakfast was good however I had to use my own decaf teabags as none were available. I didn't notice any decaf coffee in the machine either. Might be an idea to provide it?
A sensible stopover after time in Paris prior to moving down south. It was a basic opportunity to get our heads down. However, our trip into Chartres was lovely. A beautiful town.
Very basic but you get what you pay for.
Value for money price.Room was spacey, bathroom was decent.
Remote location away from town centre in a industrial/retail site. It would suit people travelling by car who were staying perhaps for work
